Located near central Germany, Frankfurt is not simply the beating heart of the country. It’s also the lifeblood of the European Union.
The German Federal Bank and the European Central Bank are based here, so naturally this is a city where commerce thrives. In fact, the skyline is so punctuated by skyscrapers that Frankfurt is affectionately known as Mainhattan, a pun on the River Main that slowly meanders through the city.
Lining its banks is Museumsufer, a district comprising over 20 museums including Goethe’s birthplace and the Frankfurt Historical Museum. Impressive views of all of this can be enjoyed from the tower of Gothic-style Frankfurt Cathedral which played an important role in the Holy Roman Empire.
In the shadow of the modernist architecture remain traces of quintessential Germany. The reconstructed half-timbered facades in Römer square are picture perfect, and the cobbled streets of Fressgass are always full of locals deciding which café to dine at.
Served by Frankfurt Airport - one of the world’s busiest - this pumping city is always on the move. This means that hotels in Frankfurt gets booked up pretty quickly, so book early with Booking.com to secure the accommodation of your choice.

Frankfurt is the only German city to make it into the top-10 of the World's Most Livable Cities ranking. And, indeed, it is a great place merging historic and modern architecture, excellent shopping, infrastructure and food combined with a global & metropolitan feel.

It is a modern city and easy to move around.
It is a modern city and easy to move around. Unfortunately we arrived one day before X'mas day and most of the city was closed for the 3 days we were there. But the gathering of thousands of people at the main square to hear the church bells on X'mas eve was quite an unique experience!

Nice city but stay away from the area directly in front of the train station. Rampant drug use, red light district and gang violence. Been to Frankfurt 10 years ago. I am shocked at how the place has deteriorated in just 10 years.

the area is worth exploring. don't judge a book by its cover.
Exploring the area revealed serval nice areas just outside of the train station area.
The area around the station can be a bit shocking for some folk.
some people in the area have seen better days and some have not and have chosen a life path that is not the best.
We were on a 2 day transit in frankfurt so we chose to stay in a hotel near airport and this was the best . Airport is about 2kms from the hotel , metro station is 150 mts from the hotel and is super easy to travel anywhere .
The staff were very helpful and check in / out process was smooth.
We did not opt for breakfast . We were 4 in a room, which was big enough so were the bathrooms . A super market is about 400 mts away and with these conveniences the hotel is quite a nice one for a transit passenger .
Location is very convenient, just a short, 5 minutes walk to Frankfurt's main train station, 15 minutes to downtown (St. Paul church, the cathedral, Zeil, etc.) and easy access to public transportation. Its also located in front of the river, where a bridge allows you to walk to Sachsenhausen and gives you access to a nice promenade. The hotel staff is very helpful, professional and helpful, they provide many good indications and useful tips to move around the city, all with a friendly attitude.
Small but very well designed studio apartments with everything you could need. Although more pricey than some hotels, if you're staying more than a few days it works out a lot cheaper as you can prepare your own food. Everything's very comfortable, there are plenty of amenities, including a lounge and workout rooms, and it's a ten minute walk into the heart of Frankfurt's old city centre. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Ideal location right in the center of the old town, yet tucked in a quiet-feeling street. Right next to the church and my windows open to the beautiful church: A room with a view. One of the best valued hotel in Frankfurt. A small family-run independent hotel. Not what you would expect from the big chain hotel. Old charm. Clean, basic hotel. Not a luxury hotel, but i would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our go to hotel in Frankfurt. We love the location. Very good facilities. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Free coffee, tea and water in the breakfast area. Friendly and helpful staff. Skyline Mall on the o thee side of the street. Good connection to the city centre and also nice restaurants in the area. We really recommend this place!
Many positives about this Hotel. very professional staff, high quality amenities, convenient location to the airport with goodconnections into the city. My wife and I are frequent travelers. We both were very pleased with the experience staying here. I can fully recommend it to anyone needing a short term stay in Frankfurt.
Location is just few minutes walk to central … and the walk is just beautiful by the river side … amazing breakfast options are available… Cleanliness is top notch … it’s a lovely hotel with a good staff and service … it’s close to airport by car 20 odd euro for Uber from Frankfurt main airport .
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train central station, to the river and the city center. The view of Frankfurt skyline from our 20th floor room was amazing. The minibar beverages were included and refilled on the daily basis.
The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was way beyond what I expected for a budget hotel in the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel, near tram stops to get to old town & very near main station for airport access.
The hotel is very near to FRA central train station , bus station and a short walk to city center which makes it easy to move around in Frankfurt. Staff is very friendly , attentive and helpful . The hotel is clean. Breakfast is decent.
The location of the hotel was perfect if you wanted to walk around Zeil; Frankfurt city center.
It is also near the HBF; 25 min walk in case of traffic.
The staff was very helpful; front desk and breakfast waiter.
The hotel is situated near airport, so, it is a perfect place to spend a night before the early flight. The personal was nice. Bedroom was comfortable. There were clean towels in the bathroom.
The hotel is close to the train station and within easy walking distance to downtown Frankfurt. The room was comfortable and quiet. This is my go-to place to stay when I am in Frankfurt.
Great little hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. So close to the HauptBahnhof so only 17 minutes from the airport to the station. very cheap, at around 50 euro/night. Clean and tidy
Very clean, friendly staff, great view to the city but neighbourhood is also lovely. It's not so far from Frankfurt city centre. No problem with parking next to the hotel.
As always, Best Western airport Frankfurt hotel is more than pleasant stay. Convinient to both Terminals, quite, clean.
The stuff is very friendly and ready to help.
