Although all guidebooks describe Nador as just an uninteresting transportation hub, we really liked the place very much. As there are not tourist, there's no stress with touts focusing on tourists, everything is cheap, no tricks on prices. There are actually quite many places to see. The sea promenade is quite long and you can spend a lot of time here to enjoy the time at the seaside. There many markets with lots of interesting stuff. If you bring some kids they will enjoy many playground and lots of other attractions like the electric little cars or freely moving cats.
If you have more time you can explore the mountains around or beaches. Selouane and Al Aaroui are nice small places they will allow you to explore the local non-touristic life.
The transportation in the area is well working. There a bus 22 linking Nador to the roundabout close to the airport (1km of walk maximum), the buses 18, 19 and 20 go to the border with Spanish Melilla. There's also a train station (2-3 trains per day) and busy long-distance bus station.
For food you can easily enjoy the tasty seafood and grilled chickens.

Nice place with beaches and activities on the surrounding mountains. People are very nice and friendly and the city is not congested. I recommend the following places
1. Monte Gurugu - You can drive to the top of the mountains almost touching the clouds and enjoy a beautiful view of Nador
2. Mar Chica Beach - Great restaurants
3. Charrana Beach - Crystal clear water in a calm and private place

Nador is growing up.
Nador is growing up. The city centre is still caothic, but it can be a different experience for the tourists. it responds exactly to what we had thought about this region before arriving: it's full of local people, authentic moroccan lifestyle, lots of shops and places to spend money at a very good prices. In addition, the new part of the city is totally prepared to offer tourists everything we need (despite the fact that it is building up and not finished yet). I'm waiting for the next time to come back to Nador and enjoying it with the new things that are still to come.
Furthemore, the places close to Nador are really exciting: Gourogou Montain, Melilla, Marchica Lake... There are plenty of things to do in Nador and its surrounding area. Very recommendable to get and involve into the Morocco's culture.

The Corniche has improved much,a lot of space for promenade, many playgrounds for children.the cafes and restaurants have a similar concept which looks just great. The bad thing that the quality of service is sometimes not at its best. But overall the city is developing and changes in a good way.
And I absolutely recommend Marchica lagoon hotel!very comfortable, clean, with professional staff, one of the best experiences!

Nador is nice, there is not much to do, but walk by the beach and rest. Melilla is really close by and it is worth taking a cab to visit. They say there are good beaches nearby but I did not got the chance to visiti.
The locals are very gentle and nice people... The prices are low.
The city is not very clean and you can find very annoying smells from time to time.
Very neat apartment with an amazing view of the Nador Bay…the Host welcomed us when we arrived and was very flexible and patient. The beds were very comfortable, AC was working, the water was hot and the bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. We had a great night and i want to Thank Mr. Nourreddinne for welcoming us to his “beautiful apartment”
This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, I was impressed. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, and the room felt freshly renovated—immaculately clean with a pleasant fragrance throughout. The daily room service was impeccable, restoring the room to its pristine condition each day. A consistently wonderful experience.
The hotel beautiful is located in a fairly new building and is operated like serviced apartments in a residential area away from the city. So the so called hotel may be good for guests with their own vehicles. Its sparsely furnished with no table, bed side cabinet or even a chair in the Bed room
Although there is a separate sitting room.
Mustapha is a very kind person, he will help you resolve any issues you have. He printed our boarding passes, he drove us to the airport and helped us to find everything we needed before leaving.
There is shampoo and soap, clean bedsheets and very quite so you sleep well.
Compared to the expensive options at Nador, it worths it.
Stuff was really lovely. They tried to help if we had any problems. Reception stuff also spoke well in English and gave us some recomendations what to do in Nador. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I liked the hotel design. I also liked that to every breakfast we got bottle of water each to go.
Hotel was equipped with the latest technology. Both the property and rooms were clean and had basic amenities. Parking is free and next to the hotel. Location is very safe and about 10 mins drive to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance and the Medina (Downtown) is 10 mins drive as well.
I had a huge room with a nice view. There was some traffic noise, but not after midnight. Location is great, not fot from the railway station and only a couple of minutes walking grom the centre of Nador. Breakfast is OK and staff is friendly, esprecially Mr. Mohammed.
We had a great stay at Dar Nador Hotel. It was clean and calm, making for a relaxing visit. The friendly and welcoming reception staff, especially one of the ladies, added to our positive experience. We recommend it for a comfortable stay in Nador.
The hotel was super good, clean and calm. The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed our time in the hotel and outside, we are definitely coming back with friends/family.
Friendly basic hotel in good location near the corniche. With a light backpack it is an easy walk from the train station. Good wifi. Nice view from my balcony.
I like everything at this hotel. Every person that work there was very friendly and always ready for a little chat. Rooms where clean and nice view outside
