It was warm, live fire was a pleasant bonus. An underground parking saved us a lot of efforts when the snowstorm started. Dishwasher and sauna shower were at our disposal, very handy. The supermarket is only 15min walk.

Its good resort to visit if you are living in the south of Spain as its just a drive away however its not recommended to fly into it from overseas as its pricy most apartment based accommodation are run down and also pricy and resort facilities in terms of getting passes etc is badly organized and not foreign speaking friendly at all! There is also not much to do there for small kids as they restricting accesses with sledges etc to majority of the areas and only allocating small 'Play park' zone for families

When we visted during Christmas week, it had not snowed yet other than ONE time this season... so we didn´t have many slopes open. But, the 10 or 15 that were open, were enough -- mostly green, blue and a red or two. I think there are some 50, most of them were closed because there wasn´t enough snow.
Christmas week was perfect as far as crowds go. We left the 28th, and the New Year people were arriving. If we go again, I would NEVER, EVER go New Years weekend. It was MOBBED! WAY too many people. Felt like I was part of a seal colony - could not ski without hitting someone, lines were too crowded --- just packed.
Eating out in Sierra Nevada is just too expensive for the quality. We at out a few times, but ended up cooking in most of the time. (family of 5 adults)

Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers.
Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers. Friendly, convenient, our ski school was just great. Granada trips only 45 minutes away. Good roads to get to. Different types of cafes right by the slopes.

Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Ski locker door difficult to open so often propped open The resort is well served with lifts and good variety of runs
The village is vehicle free and easy to get around Some good places to eat and drink.
Absolutely lovely traditional hotel with the friendliest/helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom were very roomy with a comfortable bed and a selection of pillows. Everything was very clean. We stayed half board. There was a lot of choice; the food was freshly prepared and of a very high quality. Very central location with a locker room, perfect for skiing. The spa was easy to book into and had a variety of areas. It was free too for our stay, which was a lovely addition. Overall we had the most relaxing, loveliest time. Highly recommend.
The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The view is spectacular and António was very friendly and welcoming!
It’s a bit of work to get to the main village/ski lifts. You can walk 5-10 minutes to a “ski lift” that takes you to the village (although this is only between 8:30am and 5:30pm), you can take a small shuttle bus that we rarely saw or you can drive 5 minutes. That being said, the same goes for any hotel/apartment at the top of the village.
Hotel was fantastic, very comfortable and clean rooms, great bathrooms and staff at reception were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the bar and entertainment area in the evening was very pleasant. Pool table and arcade for the teenagers and kids clubs for little ones great too. The spa, gym and swimming area were fantastic. Very central location, close to all the bars and restaurants and very short walk to bubble lifts.
This property is pretty much perfect, a gem on booking.com. Entire process was smooth, booking, communications and assistance during the entire stay.
There is little to fault here, that perfect get-away, the designers have really looked into every single detail. So well laid out, not a penny saved in the details and quality.
Living area, incredible, spacious, all the amenities one could need. Views, simply breathtaking.
The hostel was very clean with very friendly staff who went out there way to help, the resort itself is small but nice, with some nice bars in the centre, along with some really good restaurants, the skiable area even with low snow fall is very good with some really interesting runs, this was the 1st time iv skied Sierra Nevada but I have skied many many French and Italian resorts, I will most certainly be coming back again!
Room was clean, but there was no garbage in living room, what is really strange. All staff was supper friendly and helpfull. If you come to hotel starving, there is a lot of snacks in receprion and near to garage. Even if you have room only to 1 day, they help with skii rental if you need to leave faster that rental works. Hotel and stuff really works like 5 star.
The ability to be able to ski in and out from the hotel, and also purchase the lift pass and hire ski equipment on site was great. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the price of drinks in the bar and sunny apres ski terrace were very reasonable. The bedroom was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water. We will book again in the future.
The staff were fantastic. They were welcoming , kind and helpful. We had an issue which they resolved immediately. Any queries I had, they answered immediately .
The apartment was warm and had lots of heaters so clothes dried quickly. There was lots of hot water for a shower which was wonderful after a day's skiing.
Increadible views of the moutains.
Location was great for ski to door at the end of the day. Good skiing and boot storage facility as you get into the building from the slope. Good underground parking if you have a car. Plenty of space in the apartment compared to other places we have tried before in Sierra Nevada. Good size bathroom and well equipped kitchen area.
Very cosy place in a nice location. You can take the middle forfeit to go skiing, its great! Plus you have other amenities downstairs like a supermarket.
