Great location and close to the start of the boardwalk and beach. The people at the front desk were friendly but unfortunately promised to fix things that were never fixed.

I love the beach.
I love the beach. If you stay in the crest or diamond beach the shore line is not as long and it’s generally quieter. The boardwalk is so much fun. Buy discounted amusement tickets when the have the pre season sale.

I stayed at the Mahalo and it was truly paradise.
I stayed at the Mahalo and it was truly paradise. Even the the house parrot (Maui) made for a friendly welcome. The area is so pretty and clean and beautiful for a morning or evening stroll or bike ride. Many choices for dining from seafood and steak to Italian. If you’re looking for exciting nightlife you won’t find it here in the crest although just about a mile and a half towards north there’s a lot of action and a huge boardwalk that has something for everyone. Just be sure to bring a lot of money as it could get very costly, but if you choose a room with cooking facilities that can save you some money. I give Wildwood crest a perfect 10.

The beaches are beautiful!
The beaches are beautiful! The boardwalk is ridiculously expensive, if you have small children, rides are several tickets costing upwards of $100 for only a handful of rides. I am glad they brought the Jitney back, for $3 bucks, after 5 pm you can take it up and down the entire boardwalk/crest area, well worth it, especially if your staying past the boardwalk, more towards the end of the Crest.

This is great vacation town, I have been going here for 50+ years with my parents and siblings as a child, my own children, and now my grand child. I turn off for some great playgrounds and parks, they have free outdoor concerts several times a week in the summer, a huge, free beach, many additional activities are close by, many restaurant options-a wonderful place for a family beach vacation.
The location was great, about 1 block from the beach. The front desk manager was super friendly, very accommodating and pleasure speaking to him. The Room had nice tile flooring A+, bedding was updated A rating, as we spent all day at the beach and most of the night at the boardwalk; the hotel was clean, quiet and great for 2 people. The nightly Rate was very good as well! We have come to the beach every year since I was a kid and I love the atmosphere, the retro feel of the area, it is what makes Wildwood Crest, what it is!
Located directly on the beach in the southern-most area of Wildwood Crest. The room was updated and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and visible cleaning the grounds most of the day. The housekeeping was performed quickly with no sacrifice of quality. The beds were comfortable and the room(s) spacious with a full-size refrigerator and 2 burner cooktop. Our unit included an iron and ironing board, which was a nice surprise. There is an elevator and ample luggage carts.
The staff were all exceptionally helpful, thoughtful ( the cleaning crew asked us if we needed anything and checked on us). The breakfast at the restaurant was great and convenient. The location was right on the beach, a block from bike rentals, near boardwalk but away from the crowds. The hotel kept an eye on the guest to make sure nothing rowdy or crazy was going on. Great for a family friendly stay!
Loved the location, just off the busy boardwalk with a beautiful view of the oceans. Loved the Bagel/Coffee cafe in the base of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating in both the hotel and the cafe— I had to drop my bag off early before check in as I arrived by bus and they kept it safe for me all morning! Beautiful spot. Gorgeous room. I can’t wait to return! And the rooftop view😍
Beautiful oceanfront location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is updated in the pictures online do not do it justice. Having a restaurant on property is extremely convenient. The value in this hotel cannot be beat. I got an oceanfront room with a balcony for around $100 a night.
Excellent location and very convenient amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were very happy with the accommodations and their onsite restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying at the Pan American Oceanfront Hotel and would go back again!
The room was clean; loved the hard surface floors; the extra sink in the bedroom was convenient. The beds were comfortable; liked that there were two TV's. Liked the full size fridge and the large table. Appreciated that the hotel is smoke free.
The beach is literally steps away. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was just so kind and helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant and I swear my meal was one of the best things I ate in the area during our stay.
The staff were so nice and friendly. The hotel itself was better than I imagined. The pool was SO GREAT! Close to the boardwalk, quiet and right on the beach. Great place for food attached too!
The hotel staff kept the facility exceptionally clean. The pool and outdoor common areas were cleaned daily. Housekeeping staff cleaned and restocked rooms with towels on a daily basis.
Very clean. Nice room and very comfortable beds. Bathroom was modern and shower was great. Cleaning staff was outstanding. Pool was beautiful. Hotel right on beach.
Every room has a pool view. The facilities were clean and if you aren’t there for the beach, it’s a shorty walk away vs. every most of the other hotels/motels.
