Wonderful historic property in the heart of old town. The room we had was large and spacious and comfortable. The owners were warm and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful.

The host and the location were fabulous. Natascha was super nice, available, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The property is located in the center of town, only minutes from main attractions, shops, the park, but still very easily accessible by car, with immediate paid parking opportunities (relatively cheap) or free parking options within 5 minutes walk.

What an amazing, lovely little town!!! Everything is organised, people are nice and there are many things to discover, especially about sailor men and their lifestyle. I will definitely go back there.

Nice little town. Grote Markt with a lot of possibility of eating-out.
River Ijssel is runng through city. Many canals like in Amsterdam.
Very friendly and helpful host. On arrival offered coffee and cake. Excellent breakfast (too much to eat) served in room.
Great location for visiting old town centre of Kampen.
Small kitchen area supplied with teas and ground coffee (plus coffee making machine). Fridge full of wine, beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices.
Great use of space for a small area. Seating outside on pavement (on two sides of the building). Can sit in sun or shade and watch the locals walk and cycle past.
Very nice small place in the centre of kampen. Cosy, everything was there, including tea and coffee . Full private entry with key from a keybox next to the door, which feels nice, as if you are staying in a home. Fully enjoyed the bathroom, with bath. Didnt understand the heatingsystem at first, but was my mistake, didnt read the welcomeletter well. Friendly owner explained it to me on the phone and worked well. Also very convenient: free parking area 3 minutes walking away.
One of the best apartments I've stayed.
Located at an alley of the main street of Kampen, so perfect location and side views to the river.
Apartment is cozy, tidy and with attention to details.
Kitchen is just fine for a week, including coffe capsules and chocolate bars to welcome you.
I really appreciate the quality of the beds. (2 single beds together)
Fyi: there is a public parking just 5-10min walking from there, which solve the only problem of the location.
Excellent, unique views of the IJssel river and the town of Kampen. The house boat is a unique place to stay. It has a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, cosy fire place, and bed room with attached shower.
Watching water birds and passing ships.
The owners were very friendly and always available if there were any issues, as they live nextdoor.
It's a 15-minute walk from Kampen and 5-minute walk from Kampen railway station. Private parking nearby.
Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Fresh squeezed orange juice! The hosts are warm, friendly and certainly make you feel welcome. The rooms are in an old city farmhouse, so the layout is quirky and has charm. The room had ample space, with a nice seating area outside. Not your typical boring cookie-cutter hotel room. Great location with less than a five-minute walk into town. Had no problem finding a free parking space nearby.
Communication with the hosts was very efficient and caring. The house is very cosy, decorated tastefully (e.g. lamps) and makes the best of the small space. The garden and the access to the small water are wonderful. New shopping area (including Albert Heijn, Hema) in less than 1 km. We felt very comfortable and at home. Great place to read and to relax. (And Kampen has quite some sights, too!)
Such a lovely couple hosting in a cute and antique house in the quiet town Kampen.
Beautifully decorated room, spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay.
Great breakfast! (and I'm vegan). They even went to the store to buy some soy milk just for me. I enjoyed every second in this relaxing and charming venue. Thank you very much!
Friendly owners, lots of animals
Warm welcome
Beautiful room, kitchen corner, bathroom, sleeping corner upstairs for teen
Wonderful breakfast, fredh eggs
Nice views, paradise for birdwatchers and hiking
Rural in the polder but at 15 min drive from Kampen
The couple who runs the hotel is super kind and welcoming.
We went there for a sports event and it was super convenient that they have a place to safely store our bikes.
The breakfast was FANTASTIC!
The apartment was super clean.
Nice looking house a few km from Kampen; camping and surrounding look great.
I like its decoration and atmosphere.
Price is quite good compared to other choices.
Every house has front grass and a dock to the river.
