We received a warm welcome on arrival by the owner with an immediate offer to take us to the train station complimentary. That was only the start of all the personal touches. Twin room had 3 beds in. We requested if they could cook us a omelette or fried eggs instead of the eggs they served for breakfast. It was no bother and done with a smile. Instead of just dropping us off at the railway station the manager carried our luggage and introduced us to the man behind ticket counter. All these small and so important things are not seen other. Well done from seasoned worldwide travellers.

Exceptional hotel. The staff is very friendly. Restaurant has bio (organic) options. The food is really well-made and not expensive. Bikes can be locked inside. Not everything is perfectly new but that actually makes it feel much more welcoming. Big recommendation!

The staff is very welcome weh I arrive. I had an early train to catch next morning and can't wait until breakfast time. The lady was so kind to prepared a bag of breakfast for me (bread with meat, juice, apple and snack). The room is comfortable and cozy. Just two little things, pillow is a little too soft and floor is just a little sandy, but everything else is great! Location is perfect as well. Very close to the train station and bus station.

Gasthaus & Hotel Berninahaus is located next to the Bernina Suot Railway Station of the UNESCO-protected Rhaetian Railway.

The Staff was super nice, the room was cozy and relaxing, the Food was good, the breakfast super delicious. It was the Perfect Place to stay in after an exhausting bike ride with beautiful views. Would definitely recommend.
