The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.

They had everything you could ask for. There was a play area for my little one. She loved playing with all the toys and enjoyed herself a lot. The kitchen comes with everything you may need and much more. Toaster, salad spinner, multiple sharp knives plus some basic staples. The hosts Ramona and Steffano were very good, quick to reply, and help us out with any issues. They even left us so many delightful gifts around the house. I would love to come back here. The only apartment in switzerland that made us want to stay in. Loved it. Highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to lucerne. It is slightly far from lucerne city but there is a station nearby.

Great property very beautiful and modern. It was in a fantastic picturesque location with various transport routes in the doorstep. There was a choice of restaurants and bars nearby and local bakeries and supermarkets. Will definitely return.

Very centrally located in the heart of Einsiedeln, right opposite the impressive monastery, very spacious room, superfriendly and welcoming staff. Have been there before and will surely book again. What a charming hotel - right on the water with boats and swans. The restaurant food was fantastic and the staff was super nice and helpful. Details like welcome letter and fruit was thoughtful.
