Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

From our room we spent many hours contemplating the lights of life and nature. Indescribable! Very close to Pucon.

The location of the solely hostel is absolutely perfect!! It’s right at the waterfront of Pucon and you can relax on the beach or take our kayaks from the hostel to take a tour on the lake! The property of the hostel is amazing!! It has 3 kitchens and such a nice outside and inside area to chill and relax, eat or play games! The staff is super nice and we highly recommend taking a hike in Herquehue National Park with Thomas and Madeline!! There are so many nice things to do in Pucon and the hostel is a great place to stay multiple days!!

Rakau Lodge ligger i Pucón, 12 km fra Ojos del Caburgua-vandfaldet, og har en have, en terrasse og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Overall, we had a delightful stay. The hotel staff is amazing, so caring and professional: a special thank you to Sofi, Valeria and Diego. The food was also terrific, so much so that we had every meal at the hotel! Huge thanks to Juan Carlos. I must also add that I Loved the huge and comfy bed!
