Another feature we loved was the convenience of ordering food delivery and having it brought directly to our room by a service robot — a fun and efficient touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hank Yan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us with transport bookings, patiently showed us how to use various apps for food delivery, and helped with any questions we had. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience. We felt very well supported and free from the usual travel hassles thanks to his assistance. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.
