The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the plush linens to the thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Service: The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Value: Considering the location, comfort, and level of service, I found my stay to be an excellent value for the price. It made my trip even more special knowing I had a great place to return to each day. Overall, I highly recommend Niccolo Chengdu for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Chengdu. The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Ascott Raffles City Chengdu offers luxurious apartments with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The apartments all feature upscale amenities and some units are fully equipped kitchen. The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable, facilities well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was with a lot of choice.
