This environmentally-friendly, 4-star hotel in Schwerin is set in a historic building on the banks of Lake Ziegelsee with its own boat jetty. Everything was perfect. Loved the fact that one could swim in the river right off the hotel's dock. Exceptional breakfast.

This 4-star superior hotel is located in Schwerin, just 300 metres from Schwerin Castle. Very nice property in a great location. The room had three large windows overlooking a pretty street. The staff was very helpful and appreciated an early check-in. I definitely recommend.

Villa Backstein OBO19 bevindt zich in Schwerin in de regio Mecklenburg-Voor-Pommeren, dicht bij Station Schwering Centraal en Sport- und Kongresshalle Schwerin. We stayed in an apartment located in the second property, a house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the main buildings. There's parking available directly at the house, unfortunately it was always occupied so I had to leave the car at the main property. It’s not a big issue, the walk back takes about five minutes, but it's helpful to be aware of this in advance.The apartment itself was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A bakery and a grocery store are within walking distance. Reaching the city center takes around 20 minutes on foot, and about 30 minutes to get to the castle.Overall, it's a great spot for a short stay in Schwerin.

Het Seehotel Frankenhorst - BW Signature Collection is bekroond met 4 sterren en wordt omgeven door een park van 12 hectare. Our stay at the Sea hotel with this splendid. We did have a couple of minor glitches in that the toilet broke, and the hair dryer didn't work, but the receptionist with kind enough to come up and look at the toilet and issue us a new room next door which we could either move everything into, or just use the bathroom of. We really loved our room, so we just used the restroom there. So in essence we got to experience two exceptionally beautiful rooms for the price of one all just because our toilet broke. We were slightly disappointed that we showed up on the day that they only had pizza at the restaurant, but after enjoying their traditional pizza, we were blown away. Even though our room with a balcony with about the best room we've had in decades, the highlight for us was the sea sauna. You literally cannot get more relaxing than that! So to conclude, yes we would definitely recommend Sea Hotel to anyone who is looking for a unique, charming, and homey inn.

Very clean and big room. There is a air conditioner and it is adjustable. Many parking spaces and 5€ per day.

Deze appartementen liggen op het zuiden, direct aan het meer de Heidensee in Schwerin. Aparthotel am Heidensee heeft een grote zaal voor evenementen en alle appartementen hebben een balkon of terras. Beautiful, spacious partment, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, good shower. Lovely location by a small marina. Parking right outside. Didn't try breakfast but it looked good. The bus terminus for Schwerin is about a 4-minute walk, slight incline, and a little dark at night but the area is residential and quiet. The kitchen did not include a microwave but the welcome pack suggested asking for anything not included so perhaps they supply on request. There is a supermarket, Rewe, a Rossmann and petrol garage about 3-minute drive. Not many restaurant options in the area but the local bus gets you into Schwerin in ten minutes. Highly recommended.
