Cityhome Kaarto beschikt over uitzicht op de tuin, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 17 minuten lopen van Arktikum Science Centre. My stay at Cityhome Kaarto was truly amazing. A big thanks to the team for providing an early check-in and guiding perfectly on reaching the location. Coming to the property, I must say it is very cozy, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has sufficient utensils and was fun to work in. All the appliances like the Microwave/coffee maker/dish washer/washing machine were working as intended. The kitchen has coffee, filter & sugar. There was also some groceries (like pasta, spices, oil etc) in the kitchen that one could use if needed. The location is great as it's close to super markets & restaurants (5 mins walk). The railway station and the city center are just a 15min walk. If i'll ever visit Rovaniemi again, I'll only stay here.

Good location, though a bit of walk is needed to reach main shopping area. There was a public play ground on the other side of the road. So kids loved going there..

Kurula's Resort is gelegen in Pyhätunturi, op 18 km van Amethyst Mine, en biedt accommodatie met een privéstrand, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. The location by the lake, the beautiful view of the woods and lake from the balconies. The northern lights apparently can be perfectly seen from the balconies, but we weren’t lucky to have them. The room was spacious, there was a well equipped kitchenette and the bathroom is big. And there was a spacious sauna! One of the beds faces the big windows directly, another was in a separate room that we did not use but would be very good for children. For fee and with reservations there is access to a large sauna and jacuzzi by the lake, so that a dip in the lake is possible. We did not do that, too cold for us!

We had a very dreamy Christmas' holidays in paradise! It exceeded our expectations in every single way. From a delicious well-served breakfast, personal attention to every single detail, to life-saving skills when our car broke down, and the owner took us to the airport himself. The villa is fully equipped, with high-quality appliances, and kitchen utensils. I loved the personal touch of setting up a Christmas tree. We also appreciated how they took in the fact we had a toddler, and offered suggestions for activities tailored for us. If you are looking for a place away from the touristy areas, small business, and personal service, this is your place. Svante, thank you so much once again, you guys rock! 🙏
