This hotel exceeded my expectations. I spent a two nights in a 244 euros a night hotel in Bordeaux earlier this month and this Kyriad was a better experience room wise - and parking was free as opposed to an additional 60 euros. I did not eat in the restaurant but it looked comfortable and the menu was appealing. I did not have breakfast but will next time as they serve a full English breakfast.

The restaurant is great, and I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The hotel is at walking distance to the railway station and the metro for Spain. The hotel is also close to the city and cinema and buses. Great view on the mountains.

The location close to St Emilion, the ambience, the setting, the beautiful building, the out door dining, swimming pool,in fact everything. Lovely Chateau experience. Probably the best we've ever had in France and we've travelled alot throughout France over the years. Even the parking was so easy and so close. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.

Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... The staff were very friendly, and knew a lot about the area so gave a lot of recommendations. The room was very clean and the facilities were all up to date and comfortable.

New budget hotel. You really can’t complain — it does exactly what it needs to do. Convenient, clean, comfortable bed, tasty and generous breakfast, very nice staff. We had a large room, although the window could have been bigger. But considering the price, everything was just perfect!
