The room was clean and spacious. You can tell it's a new hotel and everything is nicely designed and higher end. The lighting in the room was good (really lovely ambient lighting) and the pillows and bedding were high quality. I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms and that you could easily turn on the shower without getting wet. There was a tap in the hall with cold and sparkling water which was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was really good and had several gluten free options and real maple syrup. They had a small kids activity corner in the lobby and gave our kids a small gift upon check-in. The hotel is next door to the train station and across the street from a mall that has a lot of restaurant options as well as a rooftop playground for the kids. Overall a really nice place and I would definitely stay here again if travelling through or visiting Lyon.

Well used to staying at four and five star ski hotels and Ecrin Blanc was excellent. The staff were superb and the facilities for all but especially children were fantastic- we will be back (the valet staff in particular were excellent)

Warm spaces, accommodating, resourceful, welcoming and kind staff. Great breakfast and super cosy atmosphere and room. Ski shop on location with super friendly and helpful staff. Great spa.

Wonderful overnight stay in our bicycle trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room, great shower, fantastic dinner and fun playing billiards. Highly recommend!

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & gave recommendations for where to eat in Annecy & looked after our bags when we checked out. Would definitely stay again.
