A very comfortable concept with its location on the upper floors of a shopping center, with coffee available throughout the day, with croissants in the morning (although it is listed without breakfast). Very well equipped kitchenette with new appliances and refrigerator. The room with balcony has a gorgeous view of Calton Hill and sea. Very comfortable bed.

Tigerlily is an award-winning boutique hotel with chic rooms, an elegant bar, nightclub and a restaurant. Great location, very close to Princes Street and to numerous buses (including a bus from/to the airport and hop on-hop off busses), restaurants, shops. You could also walk almost everywhere. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom as well! The shower was really spacious and hot water would come out almost immediately and loved it! The bed and pillows very comfortable! There was a complementary bottle of water and shortbreads each day. There was a coffee machine in the room and nespresso capsules, so you could make your own coffee at any time (tea was also available). The staff was polite.

Located on Princes Street, The Balmoral has a 4 AA Rosette restaurant, a pool and a gym. Waverley Station and Edinburgh's main shopping area are within 5 minutes' walk. Our experience at this hotel was outstanding. The location is perfect, within easy reach of everything. The staff deliver service that is both warm and highly professional. The food is consistently excellent, and the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and beautifully maintained. The exclusive, personalised service made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return.

At check-in we were made to feel really welcome by Charlot, she was super friendly and gave us lots of tips and advice. Thank you. Room 6, the view and the room was awesome, no complaints at all with full facilities in the room. They have there own really good bar and steak restaurant, the location is perfect in the centre of Princes Street. All in all, fantastic value for money.

Excellent accommodation!!In particular, the staff member who spoke Osaka ben and had lived in Japan was extremely kind.They handled my allergies without showing any displeasure, which was very helpful.The heater wasn't supposed to be on yet, but when I asked them to turn it on, the technical team jumped in and got the heater running.Thank you soooooo much.After this, I gets caught up in a terrible incident at the accommodation, so he looked like a god!!ARIGATO!
