It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Great selection and friendly staff, especially big shout out to Sonia in reception and Indra in the bar they contributed to make my stay very special.

Big breakfast buffet included with our room. Lovely infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice places to sit and relax.

Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group ligt in Lagoi op 44 km van Desaru, en biedt een gezellige en felgekleurde woonruimte. Personeel was zo vriendelijk echt ongelofelijk, en super goede locatie in een prachtig land.

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

Set on the beaches of Lagoi, this resort offers chalets with a thatched roof, a private terrace and garden or sea views. It houses a spa and provides free WiFi. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Tranquil setting.

Het Nirwana Resort Hotel op het eiland Bintan beschikt over een overloopzwembad met uitzicht op zee en een compleet spa- en fitnesscentrum. De kamers bieden uitzicht op zee, het zwembad en de tuin. Both pool and beach were amazing. The resort has many restaurants and hosts all of the activities one can imagine. We really liked the tour we did by renting a driver for a couple of hours and going outside of the resort area to see the real Bintan (Vihara Guan ti Gong and a small fishermen's village). Also, the staff always had a smile on their face and were ready to help in any way possible.
