There was nothing to complain about. We were satisfied with everything. As we travelled during the low season, we paid a little (in comparison with July-August in Italy). And we got a great location, plenty of space, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and a full kitchen equipment

Spazio Gagarin Residence er et 3-stjernet overnatningssted der ligger i Matera, 19 minutters gang fra Matera Cathedral og 1,3 km fra MUSMA Museum. Newly built only two years ago, beautifully furnished, it looks like a new, modern hotel, just smaller. Our double room was spacious, with a large bathroom and pretty patio (we were on the ground floor). Staff, Pietro and Illaria were very helpful. Parking on the premises was very convenient at 15euro per day (although the parking space was not guaranteed as there are more rooms than parking spaces). Excellent location, no more than 500 meters to the old city walls, a market, cafes and restaurants.

Excellent B&B, everything was superb. Our room was very clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony overlooking the farm. Probably the best part of our stay was the breakfast, with everything fresh and eggs from the farm. The host is amazing. We stayed here and visited Matera for the whole day. We could only stay one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer.

Palazzo Badiale history&rooms ligger i Atella, 39 km fra National Archaeological Museum. Her er hurtig ind- og udtjekning, en have, en restaurant samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Emilio is an exceptional great host. My boyfriend and I had a one-night stay in Palazzo Badiale on our way to Puglia and could have easily stayed longer. The nature surrounding the property is just beautiful and we enjoyed exploring it even more on our morning run. The breakfast in the morning in Emilios’s bakery is 10/10 and gave us the perfect taste of Italien delicates. I highly recommend staying here, also for longe periods when you want to unplug and relax.

LITHOS ROOMs ligger i Matera, 8 minutters gang fra Casa Grotta nei Sassi og 1,1 km fra Matera Cathedral, og har et fælles opholdsområde. We loved staying at the Lithos Rooms. The location is great, so easy to walk into the main town. There is a parking garage right next to the property which makes it so easy to access the property. Our room was great, a combined of the old world charm, but completely renovated. The bathroom was great especially the shower. Our host Giovanna was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and helped with suggestions for dinner and hiking options in the park.
