Ask around for 'Rock Bottom' and he'll give you the best deals on authentic carvings. Spicy Hill and it's substantial garden is surrounded by a festival of tropical trees and climbers. Great amenities, everything you could ask for. A soothing and restorative tropical treat for the soul. The staff were amazing. Maestro Denny, brilliantly cooked up any traditional dishes we asked for - a tropical treat for the tastebuds. Very helpful for all our needs - escorting us to the market, recommendations, booking stuff, sorting out any travel issues. Literally nothing was a problem. Keith - attentive, helpful, softly-spoken, always smiling, a lovely character - even fixed a wheel on a suitcase! Karen - discreetly keeps the place tidy and clean and a welcome place to return home to after a day out in the sun. A humble character and a beautiful soul. We had the most amazing time, all 7 of us - every day laughter and fun and experiencing something new and different. Richard - you have a great crew there, hold onto them. This isn't a resort. @booking.com please investigate all hotels or accommodation you post on your site. You do have a big responsibility to provide what customers pay for. Nothing is what your website claims it to be. This place is ruined and has no pool, no restaurants also wifi doesn't work. Don't even get me started on the cleanliness. This is a very tired property no money has been invested in the up keep. I stayed there one night and had to leave as it was so bad. The receptionist did her best to listen to my issues but admitted there's not alot she could do. Still waiting on a refund as booking.com keeps attempting to take money from my account even through I tried to reach to them on my arrival. Think its the theme with alot properties in Jamaica the owners try squeeze the life out of the properties without any investment alot of places I've visited look very tired. Anyways enough of my ranting. Takeaway is STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE.
