The entire facility is very well designed with a number of places to spend time, multiple environments for dining, and plenty of activities both and off site. It never feels like the resort is packed. It is a quiet and very relaxing environment, and trends towards an older clientele, but if that's what you're seeking - it's the perfect option.

We stayed there with a total of three adults and five children. There was more than enough room to accommodate our family, and everyone felt comfortable and right at home. The place was very clean and well kept. We were able to cook breakfast and have tea in the mornings, and have dinner as a family around the table. I was even able to do a load of laundry for the kids to travel back with clean clothes. The gated community added an extra layer of security, even though the villa was located in a safe, tourist area. I’ve been traveling to Jamaica since I was a child and this is the first time in a long time that I’ve felt this comfortable being away without missing home. This will definitely be my go-to spot when staying in Ocho Rios again.

This was my family and I first visit to Jamaica. Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place. Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver. When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

Den udendørs swimmingpool på Hibiscus Lodge Hotel vender ud mod havet og er et af de mest fremragende faciliteter. I love the view and the cleaness of the compound and quite. I think I will be there next year again for my anniversary. Staff great people's.

I would give this place 10 stars! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms and property was very clean. The location is great ! I have zero complaints about this property beside the WiFi was a struggle.

The privacy not to mention that to exit and enter through the gate for the beach we had to use the key also there is security on duty at all times. To enter the building we also need to use the key so no trespassers😊.The environment was so safe. It's the safest I've felt other than at home. The villa was cozy and everything is right there we didn't have to worry about cooking and the smell being all over the place. Everything is laid out. We got so much for so little funds. Like for example we got shampoo and condition and body wash which I wasn't expecting. We got dish washing liquid and hand towels in the kitchen we got complimentary drinks, water, tea and sugar. The appliances are all up to date and if we felt like when we close the door our valuables are not safe we had a safe which requires the key to assist in opening. The bed was so soft and makes us felt like we didn't want to get up even when we had to. DWL WE GOT A CEILING FAN, A STANDING FAN AND AIR CONDITION. WHAT MORE COULD WE ASK FOR. Our host was so considerate to have restaurant numbers in the manual too, and even apologized for the pool which was under maintenance. I don't see where they have any control over that though. This made our anniversary even more amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much.
