This comfortable hotel was a short walk from the train station making the location excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights so that we could have a full day of touring in Kanazawa. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The first thing I have to point out is the staff at the reception: they helped us always in a very kind and polite way (to book programs, to send our luggage to Tokyo, etc). Perhaps this hotel is a relatively new one in the Tokyu Stay chain, it was very clean, and comfortable. It is also well situated: a few steps from a bus station, near to many of the main attractions, 12 min by bus from Kanazawa station. We also liked the washing machine in the room (there was also a detergent), and it was nice that free toiletries and tea were available in the lobby. I can only recommend it!

The dinner was a fantastic experience in itself. The staff was exceptional and made everything thing to make us feel welcome. They went above and beyond and made for a fantastic experience, as we were travelling with a 18 month old!

Offering views of the Sai River, Yuyaruru Saisai’s spacious Japanese-style rooms have an LCD TV and a private bath. Junior suite was great with everything I'd ever need, The option for laundry came in handy. Breakfasts were amazing. Staff was super friendly, took care of me, and showed me where things are in the hotel.

The most beautiful accommodation I’ve ever stayed in anywhere ! Superb service and they were all so kind, warm and thoughtful. Staying here resetted my nervous system. The onsen is a luxury to experience in front of the beautiful scenaries of the mountains and river. Walking out in the morning seeing chicken will melt your heart
