The staff is exceptional. It was our second time visiting this ryokan and as we were leaving, one of the staff members said she recognized us from last year because we were in the lobby drinking beer again, so that gave us a good laugh!

Kannawaen is an entirely non-smoking accommodation that features a garden, terrace and bar in Beppu. 100 metres from Hells of Beppu, the property is also 500 metres away from Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. Top notch. Half board meals incredible. In room hot spring bath was wonderful. Excellent service

Pension Yufuin er stolt af et udendørs offentligt varmt kildebad med store klipper, der er unikke i Oita. Der er også have, terrasse og gratis WiFi i lobbyen. Fantastic location just off the main street and facing quiet river side lane. The onsen were so lovely we went as often as we could! Very homely and welcoming!

Yufuin-Sanso Waremokou offers large Japanese-style rooms boasting an open-air cypress hot spring bath, sweeping nature and city views and a massage chair. Stayed for two nights. Our room had two outdoor onsens which was well maintained and clean. Room is a little dated but still clean. As we had a half board package, daily breakfast and dinner were included. Food was superb with a hearty Japanese breakfast and dinner was shabu shabu on the first night and bbq on the second. Service was top notched. We had a nice Nepalese lady looking after us. We had a private room for all our meals and were very well looked after. Lastly, the staff took our photo and printed it out for us for keepsake upon check out. Nice gesture. I had an extra photo taken with the owner's little brown poodle Hazel. :)

Yawaragi-no-Sato Yadoya features 6 hot spring baths, a Japanese restaurant and universal design, only a 2-minute walk from the picturesque Yu-no-Tsubo Kaido (Yu-no-Tsubo Road). So convenient to all the attractions and restaurants. The onsen is beautiful.

U&T V-Five Room-306 ligger i Beppu, 20 km fra Crasus Dome Oita og 6 minutters gang fra Beppu Station. Her er en terrasse og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi overalt. We loved this apartment! Everything is brand new, the beds are comfortable, there is a table with chairs to eat or work, comfortable bathroom with hot shower (and bath) and a great balcony. It was very quiet and just a short walk from the station. Highly recommend staying here!
