Exceptional customer service, possibly the best I've seen in Latin America. The little continental breakfast you can get served in your room - with cream for coffee, juice, bread and butter, jelly - was a nice little touch. It's very basic, we supplemented with boiled eggs and cream cheese from off the street. Very cozy and very central hotel.

Located on a privileged corner of Plaza de Armas main square and offering views of historic buildings from the colonial era, Costa del Sol Trujillo Centro provides accommodation in Trujillo. Clean and comfortable room, location was great, right on the plaza and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Good breakfast buffet with lots of choices. All in all a pleasant stay in Trujillo

The room was quiet, the curtains blocked out all the light, there was air conditioning and it was in a good location.

This is a little gem in a very busy town. A place that makes you feel welcome and well cared for. I had read some of the negative comments by some guests, and of course, nothing is perfect but I never felt that the faults were so detrimental that deserved a negative evaluation. The staff never showed any signs of carelessness or rudeness in treating us or other guests. Breakfast was also a nice surprise. The menu changed slightly every day and this made up for the small selection of items. I was happy with this. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Not a hint of displeasure or carelessness in caring for the customers. Overall, this is a place that will not disappoint most people. And if you have read any of my previous reviews, you will see that I am fairly critical and demanding of hotels and restaurants. After all, if you choose to go to a place and are willing to pay and make yourself the recipient of services i you expect will be given to you, then demand those and let them know that you are paying for this.
