From the moment we arrived and our bags were taken to our room while we checked in, the staff here were polite, professional and very friendly. We were sitting in the lounge area and I mentioned to my wife it was feeling cooler, a member of staff heard me and promptly lit the wood fire and soon had a roaring blaze going. Breakfast was a very good buffet with plenty of choices. I would definitely return and recommend this lovely hotel. Thank you.
