Everything exceeded our expectations! It’s truly such a wonderful and beautiful place. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing, and the attention to detail was top-notch. The food in the restaurant was unreal—so delicious! I would highly recommend the seafood platter, as well as the breakfast every morning, which never disappointed. The pool area and overall aesthetic of the venue made it feel like you were in the jungle—so peaceful! I was so sad to leave when we did.

The unit is amazing. Wonderfully large deck with great views. Perfect location, and the room was just as described. Nothing compares to Bee, though. What a wonderful and sweet person to be greeted and supported by during our stay. If you need anything, Bee truly wants to be part of your solution. I fell ill the last couple of days, and he reached out to me while I was in another town to make sure I was doing well. Stand up, guy. Without a doubt, I will be reaching out to Bee once we get back to Phu Quoc. Keep being awesome, pal.

Super nice spacious room, good breakfast, helpful and friendly owner (Summer), quick access to city by foot or bike. We most enjoyed our scooter tour onto the little island in the river by ferry. Can only recommend to do the same.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel so much! We had 6 nights there and It was an unbelievable experience of having fabulous holidays here. Everything was perfect, but we wanted to say some special words and share our emotions about very attentive and perfect work of the people in charge of the Horizon restaurant. Breakfasts and dinners were both high-standard and finger-licking delicious - the work of the staff and manager was completely what people are intended expect to get at the 5 star hotel. Special thanks to the manager Mr.Darry and chef Mr.Su. Thanks to waiters and people created positive and warm atmosphere every day: Mr.Darryl, Mr.Hoa, Mr. Hau and miss Vi. You are awesome , guys! We highly recommend everyone to book H/B variant of accommodation, as every dinner was amazing and unique. Everything about Regent was unbelievable from check in to check out.That was possibly one of the best resorts I stayed in.The place has a lot to offer with many swimming pools including the infinity pool at the 10th floor with breathtaking views.There were also variety of restaurants that offered wide variety of food.The breakfast in particular was amazing.The staff were extremely helpful.They were always there to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay.The rooms overlooking the ocean were massive and quite comfortable with spacious balcony which was well furnished in case you wanted to stay in and enjoy a chat with family or friends over a cup of tea or coffee
