The hotel has an elevator, making it easy for my son to move around in his wheelchair. I’m quite particular about this, and the hotel staff were very supportive. Our room was on the fourth floor, featuring two spacious and comfortable beds. The food also suited our taste perfectly.

Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. The boat and the room exceeded my expectations, it is pricey for the location but given that I am travelling from UK the value for money was excellent. Wine was expensive but again the same applied. Staff were very attentive and food was excellent, I am pescatarian and was well catered for.

Kayaking between limestone cliffs and visiting caves the next morning was memorable.

Pool good size and Jacuzzi with towels. Outdoor pool being renovated, which we knew. Views amazing as on 17th floor.Able to put Netfixs on TV.
