we enjoyed everything about and in this apartmant which is, to my opinion and experiences, one of the most beautiful, cosiest and best equiped apartments I have ever been in. And not to mention the style and decoration of all the rooms that were simply gorgeus and included many many details and small things, that you would never ever be missing if they weren't there - but because they were, you noticed them and used them with pleasure and joy :) Now last, but far away from least important - our hosts - Yves and Brigitte are so wonderful, warm persons with great sense of humour, with contagious warmness and positive energy that made our one week long staying here imemorable - if they wouldn't be as special as they are our "visiting Belgium" exeprience would have been very impoverished.

A modern building with a room on top, well equipped, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and overall very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of options for hiking or biking. From the very first look at the house and the grounds I could tell it’s gonna be amazing stay. We arrived past checkin time, but I did message the property beforehand and they were nice enough to come and meet us. Disregarding the inconvenience of our late arrival we were warmly welcomed and washed in shower of smiles and sincere interest in our comfort. The house and rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and put together with love. One cannot help but notice all those little details that just make the stay perfect. The room was big, bright with big windows (and the window in bathroom!), the bedding was natural linen, tons of pillows to choose from too! Also I must mention the smell - the owner is making the mixture of essential oils herself and the whole place smells absolutely incredible! As for breakfast - freshly baked croissants and bread, cheese and cold cuts, jams, yogurts, fresh fruit and ready-to-order egg dishes, all served in bright and nicely designed downstairs restaurant. Sylvia, our host (and I hope I got the name right), is an incredible person, kind and attentive and I cannot thank her enough! We loved it and should we be in the area again - this is where we are going to stay!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in this vacation house. Very unique and authentic, comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities were available. The hosts are very friendly and have left us welcoming drinks, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Super friendly family that walks the extra mile for their guests. I stayed in Mettet for a wedding. when I couldn’t find a taxi to the venue the owner gave me a lift although the restaurant of the hotel was busy.

‏Perfect apartment! Large, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The hostess is really nice and charming. There are various table games and farm animals. We and the children enjoyed our stay very much.

Brigitte and Yves are the loveliest, kindest, most welcoming hosts! The house itself is really lovely, it's a big attic above their own house, a big living room, a nice modern kitchen, a big bedroom. you also have access to their lovely garden, which is spacious and tidy and very serene. They welcomed us with some Belgian beer and a couple of eggs for breakfast from their own chickens. If we are ever in Mettet again, we are definitely staying here. Cannot recommend this place more!
