The flat was beautifully decorated, offering all and beyond one would need for a holiday stay. It was clean and cosy, with great access to a private beach and a short walk to the emblematic sightseeings in Balchik and the central beach. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. Excellent service, thank you!

Everything was brand new and perfect. The big, spotless, perfectly located apartment, the warm greeting of the owners, the view, the elegance of the area, the quiteness, the proximity to Villa Storck, and the Palace of Queen Marie, they were to remeber. I was getting out just to take a swim into the calm sea and coming back on the balcony, for the sunbath. What a pleasure!

We had a great stay at Villa Black Sea in the downstairs apartment. The apartment is big, with plenty of natural light and view to the garden. The attention to details in the design of the apartment is stunning! Spotless clean, new furniture, air conditioning, kitchen appliance (everything you need). The owners are very friendly people and they helped us with the car more than we have expected. The owner spent hours in talking to his friends in order to find the issue with the car and even offer to tow the car to the national road. Owners like them are difficult to find now days! I will definitely recommend Villa Black Sea and for sure we will come back!

“My stay at the Sea_Sunrise apartment was amazing! I was on a business trip, and this place exceeded my expectations – quiet, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The apartment is brand new, very well-maintained, and highly functional. The balcony with a sea view quickly became my favorite spot to unwind after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – there’s a capsule coffee machine, but since I prefer tea, the hosts had thoughtfully provided a variety of teas to choose from. There were also bottles of water, so I didn’t have to use tap water, which was a great touch. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t need to bring my hairdryer – the hosts had prepared a modern and convenient one. Plus, the iron and compact ironing board saved me a lot of space in my luggage. The robotic vacuum cleaner was incredibly handy and made it easy to keep the apartment tidy during my stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need – a compact but perfectly adequate dishwasher, a brand-new oven, and a washer-dryer, which was a huge plus. Since it’s winter, I didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but I’m sure it will be a fantastic addition in the summer. The beach is just a few steps away, and the area offers plenty of opportunities for walks and sightseeing. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, communication was smooth and pleasant, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. I would definitely return – next time for a summer vacation at the wonderful Sea_Sunrise!”

The location has a beautiful view, the host is very welcoming and the lady owner constantly takes care of all the details so the guests to be satisfied. (Every day she asked by messages if we needed anything). The accommodation is brilliant and the pool is magic. It is worth to stay in Balcic for a few days, but at this location.

The hotel is situated on a great location, it's quiet and have a lovely view to the sea. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating, and a good bonus is that there is parking next to the hotel. I would choose it for another vacation if I stay in Balchik.
