Accommodation in Rurrenabaque

It was an absolute pleasure for us to stay at Casa de Campo. The owner Adela is an amazing host and she did her utmost to make our stay as pleasant and exceptional as it was. She arranged a taxi when we arrived at the airport and helped out with our return flight. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are very confortable. Airconditioning, good wifi and hot shower are a plus. And everything is set in a beautifull garden and terrace Moreover our host is an exceptional cook. The breakfast is the best we had since we arrived in South America 2 months ago. And dinner was delicious as well. If you come to Rurrenabaque, don´t miss out on this little gem. We loved the home away from home feeling. We allready miss our host and this place!

I really liked the atmosphere at the hotel, the staff and owner were really nice people :) also they have a really cool pool that everyone shares a moment there. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, hammocks and the shower available next to the pool, so we could refresh in time to time as it was really hot!

Pool and garden area is really nice. Good proximity to a couple of safe eating places. Staff was helpful with local transportation needs

This was my second stay at Macuti and once again it felt like coming home. Rosa welcomed me with such warmth that my entire trip began in a calm and peaceful way. She showed me her beautiful organic garden where flowers, medicinal plants and fruit trees grow naturally. She shares everything with so much love and as a guest you can even enjoy the fresh fruit, which is a small gesture that says a lot about who she is. Rosa also cared for the little things, like taking my laundry inside when it started to rain while I was out, which made me feel truly looked after. My room was clean and tidy and now has a beautiful aubergine color instead of the pink shown in the older photos. There is a large wooden wardrobe that closes well and the bathroom and toilet are separate and always kept clean. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need if you wish to prepare your own meals. Something that truly touched me was the way Rosa and Elias care for their animals. The two dogs, the cat and the parrot are part of the family and they are all well cared for, peaceful and incredibly sweet. For an animal lover like me this made the place feel even warmer. Macuti is not a luxury resort but it is a place with a soul. It is a peaceful corner of the jungle where you can find silence, nature and real rest while still being only fifteen minutes away from Rurrenabaque. This time I also got to know Elias better, Rosa’s brother. He is warm, friendly and always willing to show you something. We walked to the waterfall, made small trips to Rurrenabaque or to a viewpoint and practiced Spanish and English together. It never felt like anyone was working, it felt like genuine connection. Both Rosa and Elias made my stay truly special. Their kindness, their openness and their love for their land and nature stay with you. The gentle and loving way they care for their animals adds an extra layer of warmth to this place.

Amazing place! Staff were all very helpful, checked us in early and stored bags for us... and the cabaña was really spacious, spotlessly clean, hot showers, A/C, extra sitting room as well as bedroom. The pool and grounds are much bigger than they looked on photos, and it's a very quiet and relaxing spot! Only a few mins walk to everything in town, so tour agencies, shops, restaurants all easy to get to, and the breakfast is very generous and delicious - we highly recommend!
