I stay here every time I go on a business trip to Guangzhou. The hotel has excellent environment and facilities, with a wide view. The front desk staff have a strong sense of service, are very meticulous, making people feel very warm. The hygiene is cleaned carefully. There is a subway station nearby, so the transportation is convenient and fast. I will come again on my next business trip.

It was very close to the airport and there was a pick up service, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is not expensive, it is a chain hotel, so everything is very standardized, the overall experience was beyond my imagination, I did not expect to stay at this price is very good, the receptionist is polite and very nice. The manager of the hotel was even more friendly, knew a little bit of English and would patiently tell me how to use the transportation, which made my impression of Guangzhou very good, I hope you all are well! ：）

This hotel is one of our favorite, they have very nice good size rooms with extremely comfortable bed , you feel yourself like in the cloud , we didn’t want to wake up ;). They always do very sweet compliments such as fruits and chocolate candies. Manager made her congratulations personally to us :)We had with husband 20th anniversary of marriage so they made towel swans for us with rose leaves , it was incredible! and they upgraded our room to lux ! we were very happy 😊 iF you have early flight from Guangzhou this is the best hotel to stay !

The hotel is located 3 minutes away from terminal 2, and a shuttle is available. Check-in/out at anytime. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and extra clean. Did not use the restaurant so can't comment on food. The perfect stay for a long layover if you don't feel like a day trip in Guangzhou. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay if you have a long layover or early flight. We had a 16 hour transit and booked this hotel which was the best decision. It was very easy to locate the transfer shuttle (exit 46, level 3 in Terminal 2). The rooms are modern, new and spacious. We were able to eat a proper meal before we boarded our next long haul flight as well. Highly recommend.

very beautiful room with tea and coffee posibilitys. Stayed just to cover my 8 hours of transfer and I dont regret. Easy to leave airport ( quick visa sur place obliged) follow signs Pullman and novotell, take free shutlle bus for 5 minutes. Had a lovely not expensive meal in the lobby
