We were thoroughly impressed by the remarkable convenience of the location—merely a short stroll to the park entrance. The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, served in an elegant setting, while the fitness facilities were well-maintained and adequate for our needs. The reception staff proved most helpful, assisting with ticket bookings and offering thoughtful suggestions in impeccable English. The proximity to local shops and dining options added greatly to the overall experience. A decidedly commendable establishment, offering excellent value. Would certainly recommend without hesitation.

We had a fantastic experience at Avatar Peaks! The location right at the base of the mountains is breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and efficient—they helped us book all our park passes and the complimentary shuttle made getting around a breeze. The pools were a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking, and the breakfast buffet with local options was delicious. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We’d definitely return and highly recommend it to fellow travellers!

First of all, I want to talk about Jenny. She is a wonderful host. She bought my tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest and Tianmen Mountain before I arrived. She told me where to visit on the map. She helped me with everything. She was my biggest luck in Zhangjiajie. She even opened her kitchen for me since I couldn't eat Chinese food :) She made Turkish food for them and we ate it together with great pleasure. Thank you for everything Jenny. The location of the hotel is great and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. There is hot water 24 hours a day and the room was very warm. It was one of the best places I stayed during my world tour. Hope to see you again

The staff were very attentive to our needs and helped my wife as she has difficulty with the steps due to too much walking. Great mountain view from bedroom! Too cold to sit at balcony to enjoy the majestic view. Very comfortable bed. Provided transport service to where we wanted to go from arrival to departure. Will want to stay here again but will choose a warmer season to enjoy their surrounding and BBQ.
