This is for sure one of the best life experiences, and we have seen quite some interesting things by now. The area is unbelievable, very well tsken care of. Wild animals everywhere in their natural habitat, many different activities to do day by day and Hainer is another added value to El Zota as he is a great guide, always willing to take you on a tour, by day or night. There is also a restaurant on site so you don't have to worry about being thirsty or hungry at any time.

Breakfast was amazing, local fresh produce and tasty Costa Rican style meals are cooked in this location. We enjoyed every meal and every second of our stay. Calm location, in between nature, we could spot lots of different wildlife that we couldnt see in the touristy areas. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times, they were even able to accommodate a special request we had. 100% recommded to other travelers who want to enjoy a peaceful and well equipped accommodation in a natutral place. The pool is super pretty in between forest and perfect for adults or kids. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Jose and Silvia are super caring hosts. Their place is like a hidden fairy tale gem behind the door. Surrounded by trees and plants the rooms are very quiet and well maintained. Hosts have decorated the place with very much attention and care. They love to help and share their stories with their guests. Breakfast was prepared fresh and homemade, according to our wishes. They even let our friends sleep in the car for free in their backyard. Internet was fast 100+ mbps. We felt very relaxed at their place. If you want to stay away from the noises and get relaxed, this is the place for you.

Absolutely fantastic, the cabins are lovely, bed comfy and the owners first class. The restaurant has great food and is brilliant value. We sat out the front of our cabin and watched toucans flying in and out of the trees! Howler monkeys in the background. Breakfast was an added bonus. Brilliant value for money, we would have paid more. We could have easily spent a few days just sitting watching the wildlife in really comfortable surroundings.
