The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes of walk away from the old town. The instructions to get there and where to park were very good. The hosts were quick to reply when we had a query. The flat was clean and we even had some nice welcome drinks waiting for us in the fridge. There was also a letter from the hosts welcoming us and our little girl. They even hid a surprise for her in the flat to find. Upon booking, we also received a mail with suggestions of restaurants for breakfast or dinner. The extra care from the hosts made this stay exceptional! It was just a perfect experience from beginning to end. We never thought we would ever stay in one of the skew, half-timbered houses that make this town so special, and then we ended up in one that just added to the magic of Quedlinburg.

Beautiful gem of a place, a short walk to station and centre of town. The apartment had everything I needed except a washing machine. But the host, who lives next door, said I could use her machine, so it was not a problem. There are a lot of games at the apartment, as well as the TV. The place seems perfect for a family. The location is pleasant and there are restaurants nearby. The host was really helpful and I will definitely stay there again if I ever return to Quedlinburg.

The location of the Samocca hotel is great. The hotel is located in a fully renewed old building but still keeps a lot of charm. The staff were really understanding with our late arrival caused by the bad weather conditions. We found a spotless room arranged so it would fit a family of 4 and were offered to prebook breakfast for the following morning. It was indeed the best breakfast we had during our whole summer holidays. Would totally recommend.

Ideal location in a quiet area, the apartment we stayed in was the ground floor dog friendly one. The double bed is huge and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting and watching the tv in the little lounge area and also sitting outside on the terrace, though the seating is rather low. We especially liked the ease of getting into the apartment and the way we could access the parking area and be able to see our car. There is a good restaurant just 75metres away and great cafes even closer. I would most certainly come here again.

Our apartment, Augusta, was a ground floor apartment, very comfortable and very good facilities- kitchen, large bathroom, dining room and lounge- with views to a covered patio. Secure parking is also available. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and tourist sites are within very easy walking distance. Our host is very professional, friendly and generous. We enjoyed our stay and wished we were able to spend more time.

Superb location, but withdrawn from the street so also very quiet. The small boho apartment was great for a couple or a small family. It had all relevant ammenities, was comfortable, etc. Made us want to stay longer in Quedlingburg. Very easy recommendation.

This was our 2nd visit here. Once in the summer and now to see the Christmas markets. We were as delighted as before. The accommodation is perfect. The host and his wife are wonderful. We would not stay anywhere else. Highly recommended, to visit at any time. The Christmas markets were lovely...we had a marvellous time.

The location was in beautiful square. The interior of the building was perfectly preserved to maintain the aesthetic of the old building. The room itself was quiet and had great accommodations.

Beautiful, very comfortable and clean accommodation in the heart of an unusual old town. The apartments have absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Closed secure parking 7 minutes walking from the house. The hosts are very hospitable and attentive. Thank you Heiko and Madeleine, for the gift. We look forward to our next trip to you in Quedlingburg.

Very friendly owner and housekeeper. Our room was kindly preferred during cleaning, since we arrived with our baby and we were too early in Quedlinburg. We had Apartment No. 7 and everything that should be in a holiday apartment was there and it was very clean. The street cleaning was at 5 a.m., but our baby had already woken us up and the street cleaning drove past the house in a short time. We would love to come back and can only highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for your very good service, hospitality and for all
