What a fantastic experience with Diego as our host! His authentic hospitality was truly refreshing and made our stay unforgettable. Not only did he greet us with a warm welcome, but his humor added a fun and lively atmosphere to our time there. Moreover, the in-depth conversations we had with him were really enriching. Not only did Diego demonstrate a deep understanding of his surroundings, but he also shared valuable insights that made our trip even more fascinating. Also Rianne was top! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, the beds are really comfy, the service is impeccable.

The room was amazing, with a huuuuge bathroom. Of course, you've seen the pool pictures, but it's even more amazing in person. There are actually two pools, and since they’re in the yard, it stays super warm there even when it’s windy outside. The sunshine would warm us up, and we could just lay on the tanning beds feeling suuuper cozy. The staff deserves an extra shout out for being super helpful and nice. I don’t know if anyone else can relate, but there was a sparkling water machine in the bar/coffee area, so I had access to unlimited sparkly water, yay :D free and nice coffee every morning too. The breakfast is made to order, which is really nice. The room was cleaned every day and so nicely, honestly the whole staff is super talented and seems to really enjoy what they do. In general, the hotel is in the historical center of Alcúdia, and it feels extra special to stay there. If I ever come back to Mallorca, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else honestly. And a small but very important thing - I accidentally left my necklace in a bathrobe, and they found it! They’re even posting it back to me. Just amazing service, I feel so lucky. 🧷 tip for pro hikers - visit the Platja des Coll Baix, hard to get to, but so worth it

Amazing appartment just a few steps from Playa de Muro beach situated very close to the town of Alcúdia. The host Pere gave us all information before our arrival and responds immediately every time during a day. All you need is prepared - equipped kitchen, washing mashine, towels, bedclothes etc. A small hospitality from the owner at the beginning was very pleasant - red wine :) All cyclists are welcome, you can lock your bikes safely in garage.

Great villa for 12 of us of various ages. Great to have two kitchens available. Rooms clean and tidy with plenty of storage space. Pool and terrace area big enough for all of us. Loads of sunbeds. The owner is really helpful and communicative. Local area has shop and two bar/ restaurants offering good food and entertainment. Alcudia easy to get to by car or taxi. Rocky beach 1 min away and nice sandy beach, with bar, 10min walk. Very happy to recommend.

What a fabulous villa! Perfect for our family vacation. Excellent communication from Andres and key pick up and final day process very easy - thank you. Beautifully clean and spacious throughout. Wonderful pool and outdoor eating area ... 2 minute walk from the beach with lovely clear water and sand. Well equipped kitchen and it was so useful having dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as cot and highchair for our grandson. Would highly recommend and hope to return! Our stay in Can Tem was a unique experience and an opportunity to connect with this amazing place. It’s definitely for art lovers who want to experience this kind of accommodation, far away from the touristy places of Mallorca. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Pere is a very friendly and nice host. He is definitely part of this place, you can see it and feel it in his eyes.

This property was beyond amazing and Pedro, the owner is a complete star, nothing was too much trouble, the advice on the best beaches and restaurants made the holiday, or we could have just gone to the usual tourist places. My little girl of 3 is autistic and the chickens made her stay, we fed them every day and fresh eggs from Pedro. The evenings when the girls went to bed were the holiday for me any my partner having a barbeque every night and perfect quiet. We have already booked for next year

Our holiday was like a fairy tale! Accommodation in the villa exceeded all expectations - we had everything we needed, including equipment for our little ones. The beach at your fingertips was the icing on the cake. The only thing that could be criticized was the distance to the nearest grocery store. But honestly? That didn't bother us at all. Overall, it was a perfect escape from everyday life that we would like to repeat.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Villa Iris. It’s a beautiful, well equipped villa in an ideal location, close to all the amenities & beach whilst also being very peaceful. We had a very comfortable stay, the host/owner is absolutely charming & couldn’t do more for you. Would definitely recommend.

Villa is gorgeous! It has very remote, but beautiful location. It is just a few min away from the beach. It is perfect for family holidays. Toni (host) was extremely accommodating, very easy to talk to and was very flexible. The accommodation itself has everything you need for cooking and it is so nice to have lunch on the terrace. The water pressure is great, which is always a bonus. We loved it there!

The most friendly and nice hotel owner who helps you with your questions and problems, he let me park my bike in his garage, even on my birthday he remembered and gave me a gift. Location of the hotel is in a small old quiet town, during our stay there was a local celebration which added to our vacation. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the breakfasts were in a nice little quiet garden, in short, everything perfect

We enjoyed so much staying at this villa because of the quiet location on the area of Bonaire, but at the same time just a 5-minute drive to the beach and more or less the same to the old town Alcudia. Even visiting in winter was nice because we had some sunny days and the island is much quietter. Everything was very clean on the check in. Special thanks to the Mallorca Holiday Properties team that made our vacation even better. We will book the place for sure on our next trip to Mallorca.
