This was our favourite hotel of our northern Spain trip. We had an amazing view of the picos from our room and balcony. There was nothing nicer than sitting out on the terrace after a long day hiking, watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Pool was also excellent with jets for weary post hike legs.

We've rented many apartments and houses in Spain, this is by far the best. Primarily because of it's level of comfort (a large double bed....and a kettle.....yes!), superb range of good quality equipment, cleanliness and overall property quality. A huge patio on which to enjoy the sun, very quiet location, with a small convenience store and a bar literally across the road. The underground parking is amazing, such a bonus. The walk into town is only about 8 to 10 minutes max and it's a pleasant stroll, worth it for the plethora of GOOD bars and restaurants, for every taste and budget. Cangas de Onis is a lovely town, very clean, full of historic buildings and brilliantly positioned to explore the Picos de Europa, our prime reason for staying there. We were met by Cecelia, the owner, who has very good English and gave us lots of tips on where to eat, shop etc. etc. We just wish we'd stayed elsewhere for less time and longer here, but hindsight is a wonderful thing. If we return to this area, we will without doubt stay here.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The hotel is very cozy and has a lot of character with a beautiful garden. The room was lovely, good bed, very nice view and was very clean, I couldn’t wish for more. Patricia and Maria were such lovely people. Despite me not speaking a word of Spanish, we had our conversations via Google translate and it worked perfect (next time I will learn a little bit more Spanish ;) I couldn’t recommend this beautiful hotel more!

I had a wonderful stay! The location is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The hotel is very cozy and has a lot of character with a beautiful garden. The room was lovely, good bed, very nice view and was very clean, I couldn’t wish for more. Patricia and Maria were such lovely people. One of my favourite places I stayed on my trip. Great value for money, lovely owner who will give recommendations. The nearby town is great with the Picos nearby. There's a great food truck 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hosts, so friendly! But beside that the whole accomodation. The pool was already at a good temperature during March. And the other facilities like table tennis and the free bike rental were awesome. As is the laundry machine at the appartment.
