The reception staff were very friendly, and parking under the shopping center turned out to be much cheaper than we expected and very easy. The barriers opened and closed automatically as we drove up. Security guards patrolled the shopping center, and they showed us to our apartment. They were also very friendly. The apartment was HUGE! It was SUPER clean and fully equipped. We booked a "Maisonette/Duplex Apartment with Partial Sea View." The sea view was amazing! Housekeeping was extremely friendly and tried to work with us so they could still clean our apartment even though we had told them to skip it a day because we were leaving late. The air conditioning is fixed at 22 degrees Celsius, but when we asked if it could be turned up a bit, they did so right away. Great beds! Lots of space! Great amenities! Great staff friendliness! We had a truly wonderful experience at Vista Sur! The next time we go on holiday to Tenerife, we definitely want to stay at Vista Sur again! Muchos muchos gracias!

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

Fantastic and modern apartment with a nice view. Very clean, bed was comfortable to sleep in. In the apartment we found everything we needed: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, beach towel, parasol. Large and warm pool where everyone enjoyed themselves.

A lovely apartment with excellent outside space in the terrace to sit and read and enjoy the sunshine. The terrace was beside the pool which was another bonus. The bed was really comfy and big. I would definitely return there .

The location is great, close to the beach and downtown where all the fun is. The stuff is very kind and polite, helped us with everything we needed. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday was available in the apartment, even beach towels for us to use, the property was located within walking distance to everything but far enough away that it was peaceful from the crowds, the lady who owns the apartment couldn’t have been more accommodating, would recommend to all, excellent value for money. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The accommodation was very central and near to everything. It was close to restaurants, the beach, shops and bars. There was also a pool which we made good use out of and furthered the enjoyment of our stay. The host was very lovely and thoroughly helpful, as well as accommodating. I would stay here again!

Outstanding. Booked last minute as decided to extend my stay in Tenerife. Next time I will be staying here for the whole vacation. Excellent location, very clean, very safe and most importantly the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't say a bad word about the place.

We made the booking through.com and the room you sold us was not the room we stayed in. On arrival our room was a run down dirty room and was nothing like the pictures advertised. Really spoilt our holiday! Dirty bed sheets, broken tiles, mouldy rotten bath hair on bedsheets and in the bath was disgusting! I have taken all pictures of the above as well. I would like to make a complaint about this
