This was such a nice stay. Patrick is excellent host, his breakfasts were really delicious and every morning we had a nice chat. The room was spacious, nicely clean, the bed was very comfy. We liked it a lot and also our room had a nice view. The whole experience felt like a very nice visit :) thanks Patrick.

Clean and in a nice location. Only 17 euro via Uber into center of Paris. Cheaper than metro for 4 people. Near the tram and metro lines. Lovely restaurants close by. Nice coffee and a complimentary bottle of red wine was a nice touch. There is a water park nearby called aqua boulevard that we didn't use but nice to know it's there for hot days

We are a family of 4, traveling by car and we stayed for 6 nights. The apartment immediately became "Our home in Paris" because it is located in a modern residence in a quiet area, close to the metro and the supermarket (both within 500m). The furniture is well-kept, tidy and functional. The cleanliness is excellent and it is equipped with everything a family could need (exactly as in the photos). The host is very kind, he responded to us very quickly and gave us a lot of useful information. Highly recommended.

I loved every thing about this property, the apartment was so clean,the host was so friendly so helpful. We had an amazing stay .Everything you need was present. We liked our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and nice. Even though it is not located in the center, it was easy to get everywhere because the tram and metro stations are nearby. The workers were also very kind and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is conveniently close to both the subway station and the conference center we needed to attend. The surroundings are also quiet, allowing us to rest well. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Paris, this hotel offers the most spacious accommodations and even provides cooking facilities. Additionally, the hot water for showering is fantastic. I love the windows view!
