Very clean, spacious, quiet, very well presented apartment which was modern but in traditional building. Host was very helpful and amazing to have fresh baguette and croissants laid outside the door at 7.45am with jam, butter, coffee, tea and milk all provided. And a big comfy double bed with second single bed if required. Very professional and quality apartment and service.

Great location within walking distance to the village. Lovely decorated apartment, fully furnished with a small sitting area outside. Free parking on street in front of the apartment. Very friendly and helpful host who welcomed us with a glass of champagne and strawberries. The host lives next door and gave us some restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated. We had dinner at Duo Braisé Sézanne, they serve delicious chicken. La Mezzanine is also recommended. For breakfast we bought croissants and bread/cake from the Boulangerie d'Autrefois and the Chocolaterie La Mutinerie. We very much enjoyed our stay in Sézanne with its beautiful Église Saint-Denis.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable and very reasonable rate. Hostess was very responsive and helpful. Just be aware the first bedroom and bath are up a set of stairs and the second bedroom is up another flight, as this is a tall narrow house. Located A few houses down from the main street with many shops, the Cathedral and the tourist office, with a good Laundromat across the street.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this charming house. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place is beautifully maintained—clean, tidy, and full of lovely details that made it feel like home. Our room was cozy, warm, and so inviting. The breakfast was simply outstanding! But what truly made our stay special were the hosts. They are incredibly warm, genuine, and welcoming people. We never felt like customers, but rather like personal guests in their home. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for, always with a big smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, heartfelt experience. I was truly happy with everything, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The location was beautiful, it's a very well kept. The flowers and landscaping really make you feel like you're on holiday. Daniel the host was so very accommodating, we had a lovely breakfast and he made great tourist recommendations. It was easy to find and we enjoyed the surrounding area. There were amenities and restaurants within walking distance too! We'll definitely book again if we're back in the area.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room/small apartment. It is very close to the city centre. When we arrived there were not many restaurants open, but our host called one she recommended and asked if they could stay open en also whether our small dog was allowed in. It is a beautiful little town and we would happily stay here again. Breakfast was also great with yummy fresh baguettes.

Wonderful, interesting host who couldn't do enough for us, lovely welcome for our dog - even from the little resident dog. Amazing space - feels like being in the country whereas just easy walking distance to the lovely town. Breakfast best we have ever had in France. Beautiful accommodation - our own separate cottage. Lovely sitting out area. An absolute hidden gem. Perfect

Location was perfect for exploring the beautiful town of Sezanne. We really appreciated the secure, private parking. Accommodation was delightful and extremely comfortable, ideal for our needs. The traditional French breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend the Lido and hope to return one day.
