Every single member of staff greeted us with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. They had the perfect balance between friendly and professional. The food was exquisite - the produce superb and each component of every dish was prepared to perfection and brought together with great skill. My only suggestion would be to serve some warm bread with meals like many parts of Europe. As the food style is quite minimal (think Michelin) a little bread would fill that gap! The rooms are flawless in design and execution. Soft fluffy towels in new but classically styled bathrooms. Super comfortable beds and two styles of pillows. Thoughtful touches like fresh milk and biscuits for tea and still and sparkling water refreshed daily. The entire house is decorated with great taste in period decor. You feel like the Lord and Lady of the house! The gardens and sunsets are to behold. You cannot possibly be disappointed with this magnificent property.

We travel around a lot and always choose an apartment as it offers more freedom. We’ve stayed it lots but nothing comes close to this! Absolutely beautiful apartment recently renovated. The owners Karl and Helen are amazing. They have thought of every single detail. Even leaving us mince pies and some wine. Not a single item not thought about to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment was so clean and smelt amazing. Very comfortable bed. Finished to an incredibly high standard. Bala its self has always been a favourite place of mine it’s now by far the best place ever, as my partner dropped to one knee and asked the question . On speaking with the owners who were so helpful and kind about our experience and stay that’s when they informed us that Llety Cariad translates to the Love Inn in English. Bala itself is beautiful and the community spirit is great. Amazing food available at the pub next door. And don’t be fooled by small town they do wild nights out! Everywhere we went was so welcoming and friendly.

Great place to stay! Very spacious, we had 7 people and never felt like we were in each others way. Bedrooms were all great and would be lovely to sit on the patio if it were sunny. 10 minutes away from the little town of Bala which had plenty of shops, pubs and food to grab. Close to other locations and sights and within walking distance of a few lovely views. Top stay!

The apartment is beautiful and it’s location right on the lake ensures you have a peaceful and beautiful escape. The view over the lake is spectacular and it was lovely to see all the wildlife and birds whilst relaxing and enjoying the view sat on the balcony with a good book and a cup of tea. This is the second time we've stayed at Snowdonia Cottage (Glyn Mawr).. It is a beautiful cottage in an absolutely stunning and quiet location. If you want total seclusion and tranquillity, this is it. Simon is a great host/owner who is very quick to respond to any requests via the app. Donna, the housekeeper, is lovely, and she works very hard to ensure the property is immaculately kept. The cottage is minimally furnished, but to a very high standard of quality, comfort, and finish... To be honest there isn't anything that could top it; it's near on perfect in our opinion, and we'd return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful trip to Bala. The apartment was fully equipped for all our needs. A perfect base for our stay. There was a public car park directly opposite the accommodation but we managed to park outside the property during our stay. Lots of places to eat locally and a supermarket literally minutes from Bala Suites. All in all a delightful break and excellent value for money!

I’ve stayed with you several times, and always found the staff and the accommodation at a high standard. Just 72 pounds, for two people was amazing. Spacious room, great walk in shower, amazing breakfast, and plenty of ghost shenanigans to keep us entertained .Bala is a lovely little town, and a great gateway to Snowdonia. Well done. Will return definitely again.

This property was just perfect. It was so nice to have milk, tea, coffee and some welsh cakes provided. This was just another touch that made our stay so enjoyable and the small attentions to detail that makes this accommodation stand out from places we've stayed at in the past.. The location was just right for access to some incredible walks, and the hot tub was ideal to put the icing on the cake.
