It was just perfect for us. ( party of 6). Close to main street, to pop down to shops. Off street parking, as we had a people mover. Was a great benefit. Washer and dryer was a plus. 2 bathrooms. Hosts were amazing, so helpful. Thanks 🌻

Very clean and spacious house. Parking was easy on the road outside. Very comfortable stay and the hosts were very communitive and helpful during our stay. We had booked it earlier the same day and the whole process was very stress free. Would definitely consider staying next time.

Great location, with excellent public transport links. Clean and comfortable and very spacious. Easy to use instructions on how to access the property. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely use again. Travelling alone it's important to me to feel safe and the property secure and this was 100% the case in this property. I felt very safe at all times.

Good place to stay if seeking self-catered accomodation with en-suite. Good transport links with a tram station directly outside. Well equipped kitchen for basic meal prep. Really close to Attenborough nature reserve which was lovely for an evening walk.

Pear Tree House was so clean and so comfortable. The house had everything you could possibly need and plenty of space for all of us. Matt was fantastic replying to any questions we had. The driveway really helped with packing up for each day and the garden was an added bonus to relax in. Each room was thoughtfully set up ready for us, the X Box was a big hit with our boys and the dog biscuits thoroughly enjoyed by our Labrador. The whole family was so happy staying here, we will definitely book again.
