We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area, peaceful and quite. Breakfast was the best and Charlie showed us his evening routine on the farm. The room was clean and wel equipted. We hope to stay again with Copse Gate Farm in the future.

The bridge house is a cosy hotel, beautiful rooms, the bed was also super comfortable. Staff were so helpful, the location is perfect and quiet, parking was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious.

Location excellent. Pre details sent before arrival were extremely clear and full of information. Ruth & Peter were fabulous hosts, and we couldn't have asked for more. The property has been recently renovated to an immaculate standard. Everything is beautifully presented, warm and cosy with tea and coffee available, full kitchen equipment, luxurious crisp white bedding, and soft fluffy towels. The property is spacious, and has two bedrooms, and two large bathrooms. Upon booking, we read that meals could be pre -ordered, and supplied by Peter the owner, so we had to take advantage of this. We were served the most delicious 3 corse meal - and it was 5 star resturant standard food,, just excellent. Well worth thinking about pre ordering a meal if you are staying here, especially if you like to explore in and around Bridport for the day, knowing you’ll have a divine meal all set for when you get back! Recommendation's, things to do, visit, trips :- *Pre order/ try a Meal from Peter the host. * West Bay - Try ‘The Station’, for a meal on a revamped quirky train carriage. *Bridport Market - Sat morning, excellent range of wonderful arts/crafts/ cheese/veg/ect ect. *Bridport Museum - £5 entry, return for a whole year free - fascinating look into Bridport’s History, and you can even make your own rope! *Weymouth beach, beautiful seafront, great shopping centre. *Shepton Mallet Prison - closed prison, eldest prison in the world! Very interesting, many films made there, as well as many infamous prisoners.

Dormouse Cottage is in a great location, situated in the middle of the village within close walking distance to the pubs. The cottage is quite small but perfect for a couple and small dog. There was plenty of hot water and warmth, the bed was incredibly comfortable. We eat in the Anchor Inn and the Three Horseshoes, both were good. Everyone we met was friendly and dogs are welcome everywhere. The sea and beach are in walking distance or you can drive to Hive beach where there is a great cafe with car park. Bridport and it antique market is only a 10 minute drive. We were here in winter and it was not busy.

We have just returned from our 2 night stay, and I wish I could stay forever!! We stayed in the Burton Apartment, and there is nothing but praise. It's the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The view is out of this world. We visited Lyme Regis, Portland, WestBay, and Weymouth, all within a great distance. I do want to apologise as we cooked sausages for breakfast, and the fire alarms went off, we are truly sorry and feel ever so bad. We can't wait to return!! Will recommend the apartments to everyone.

We really liked the accommodation. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a stay. Communication with the landlords was very good. We would book the accommodation again.

Friendly welcome from the staff, the location is just off the high street. The room was spacious and the bathroom large and the accommodation is spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi and a wide choice for breakfast which is very good. We found the accommodation was very quiet which was surprising for a thriving pub. Very good stay and value.

We fell in love with this amazing and quirky place, we were looking for a quiet place to stay to recharge the batteries that was different from the norm, this place ticked all the boxes, we loved our stay. We received a very warm welcome as we arrived from Sue. Uncle David’s wagon was amazing, first built in 1904, the accommodation has every thing you will need, really nice seating area overlooking an amazing view, with sheep running around next to the wagon. We would highly recommend the place.

The Granary is a spacious, well appointed and comfortable property. The furnishings are of a high standard and there is a private garden and parking. It is in a perfect location to explore this part of the Dorset coast. Our hosts, Peter and Pauline were kind, attentive and responsive and really care that their guests enjoy their stay. This would be our first choice of accommodation when we next visit Dorset.

The room was very spacious, clean and well presented. Had everything you need. The grounds seem to have a lot to do for children although we only stayed for one night I can see how you make a holiday out of it.
