Fiona & Allan were outstanding hosts. The property is a great alternative to staying in St. Andrews; an easy short 10–15-minute drive. Also, there are two great small distilleries close by. The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a very quiet setting. They provided guidance to a great local pub and called ahead to book table for us for dinner. The breakfast in the morning was from their own farm fresh eggs and was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

B&B is in a great location for visiting different attractions in Fife. Well within day-trip distance of St Andrews and Edinburgh. Matt is an excellent host who made us feel very welcome, even with a small toddler! Home cooked breakfast each morning was lovely. Recommend if you're looking for a small and cosy place to stay while exploring Fife.

Tanya was great and offered us plenty of information with the check in etc. We even had a few welcome goodies which was nice. The place was well kitted out with stuff for the wee one and our dog Alba. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. We would definitely want to come back and stay again soon.

Beautiful house, so much space for all 10 of us. Felt like we needed more time in the house to make the most of the stay! There was everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable, and more! It was above and beyond our expectations. The dogs loved the big garden, great that it was enclosed for our 2 escape artists! Gilli was very responsive prior to and during our stay. We greatly appreciated the extra efforts Gilli went to to accommodate our requests (balloons, banners, bubbles etc) and the flexibility around check in/out times.

A very well set out cottage, with excellent facilities in a central location. We were planning a lot of walking across North Fife, and nowhere that we needed to be was more than half an hour's drive away. Brian and Rosalind could not have been more friendly or helpful. There are USB sockets scattered throughout the property, which is a very considerate addition. We were provided with a pot of homemade jam and eggs from their own chickens on arrival, which was a lovely addition.

A very well set out cottage, with excellent facilities in a central location. I have stayed in many similar let's, some good, others not so much. This was beyond good. It was great. Accommodation was tasteful and well thought out with wonderful attention to detail. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Lovely location & easy to travel round Fife & took a train trip from Cupar up to Dundee too. Everything you could need. Clean & comfy. Daughter & I really enjoyed staying there.

The location was great, Ceres is a lovely village and everyone was very friendly. There are many walks and trails accessible from here. It doesn't feel too busy but there seems to be plenty of amenities around - local shop, pub, restaurant, folk museum, pottery shop. The accommodation was great. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and really enjoyed it, especially the hanging kebab (delicious).

We were met by Farai at the apartment and he was a lovely host. He couldn’t have been more helpful We had a problem with our bed which was sorted as soon as we explained it to Farai - he wanted to ensure our stay was superb. He is a very professional entrepreneur who also owns the restaurant and other hospitality businesses locally.

Fantastic apartment, in a lovely location, only a short drive from St.Andrews. Apartment was clean, cosy, and very well equipped. Also loved that it had a wee outside space just for that apartment, as I had my dogs with me. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a lovely, quiet village. 5* accommodation but with the caveat below. Really fast wifi for its rural location; hurray - there was a dishwasher! Far better to have than a washing machine and tumble dryer for a 1-night stay don't you find?! Parking right outside (not always the case in the Cupar area) and communications with the hosts were first rate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meldrums Hotel ( incidentally, same name but no relation! ). Our family booked 2 suites and both were beautifully appointed and immaculate. A lot of thought has gone in to the designing of the rooms and we were very impressed with the little touches of interior decoration. We would certainly recommend this accommodation and we wish the lovely new owners all the best!
