The room I had was very large and the bathroom too. It was nicely warm, with a pretty view onto the garden. It had a good size table which was nice for doing some writing. I asked Reception for an iron which was promptly brought up to my room. The tea/ coffee making was very good with nice China mugs and complementary mineral water and biscuits.

It was our first night at Scotland, we have some problems with the flight and the helped us a lot to find the best solution and stay calm. Furthermore, the dog was so beautiful 😍 Thank you for everything! If we come back anyday we will try to stay here again

Really warm welcome and the staff were genuinely all lovely. You felt they had a real interest in making your stay comfortable and happy. Restaurant was really busy which is always a good sign. Good cocktail list and I can recommend the West Coast one, very moreish. Everywhere was really clean. Space to park but it was the weekend. Good toiletries supplied and rooms well spaced so you did not hear much of the neighbouring rooms.

The room was clean and beds comfy. The best part of the stay were the lovely staff who couldn't do enough for you. They are a credit to their employers! Will definitely book again.

Location, accommodation and breakfast all very good. Unfortunately the Diningroom was not open for dinner, and we ate in the bar, Our food was very good, but there were no others dining, so no atmosphere. A really lovely guy - called Hamish we think - was serving us and was terrific. So pleasant, chatty, conscientious and really on the ball too. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay close to Edinburgh at the end of our vacation. We are so glad we found this hotel in a fabulous location in Kinross. The town is great—we went on a run in the morning and found the local paths to be in great condition. The accommodations were nice. The building is very old, but in a charming way. The restaurant is top-notch. We got the package with breakfast included, and are so happy we did. Overall, this was a great way for us to experience a town that was previously unfamiliar to us.

Was an absolute stunning location, staff were on holiday but the minder was welcoming and hospitable even though we were late . The accommodation was beautiful with a lovely stream running off a paved area out the back of the property , beds were so comfortable and cosy .

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated holiday home. Great location in Kinross for exploring. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. There were toys left for our little girl to play with. Owners very hospitable and provided information on local attractions and amenities. Would definately stay here again.
