The flatlet was perfect with a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. It was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean and tidy. Communication with the host was clear and easy. Set a little out of Southwell it was quiet and peaceful. Most important of all, the bed was great.

Bed was super comfy and the room was a lovely size. Tea and coffee facilities in the room was really appreciated. The rooms are quiet and not affected by the pub downstairs. The meals in the pub are amazing and the breakfast was wonderful too - freshly cooked to order and plenty of choice. Another excellent stay!

Great location for a wedding at the mill at hoveringham bit far to walk so got a taxi 5 mins drive to the venue. Spotlessly clean house and room with very clean comfortable bed with massive on suite bath and shower again all very clean. Great host Perry very welcoming on arrival and breakfast was great full English was very nice. We have no dietary requirements but was asked on arrival regardless. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed over for 1 night for a wedding nearby. The accommodation was Immaculate and homely. Kevin and Anne-Marie were incredible hosts, and extremely helpful with everything making us feel really welcome. Breakfast was great too! Thankyou both for a great stay!

Our room was on the "cosy" side but comfortable enough for a two night stay, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very good with plenty of light and a nice shower. The pub was very good, friendly, with a decent menu and good selection of beers and wines. The car park is huge and it is possible to enjoy some very nice walks from The Springfield Inn.

Great bar areas and food was exceptional - both evening meal and breakfast - All the staff were fantastic - friendly and so helpful - easy & ample parking - we enjoyed our nights stay.
