If you would like a taste of what it’s like to live in a luxurious Scottish Baronial home, this ticks all the boxes. From the grand outer facade, to the well appointed interior, we were treated like royalty for our one night visit. The food was to die for and the service was first class. For a romantic getaway or just for the opportunity to relax, go back in time and feel like the Lord or Lady of your own Manor, this is a must do.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The apartment is located in central Peebles but still easy to find parking out front after hours, alternative parking behind the unit if needed. All the lovely little extras such as cereal, milk, butter, and snacks way beyond anything else we've found. We definitely plan to return and stay a few nights next visit.

This is a wonderful property. The kitchen was fabulous - I could have sat at the windows for days. The fire pit outside, with views out over Peebles and its wonderful old church, was the perfect spot.

This was the most amazing experience ever and the Staff are fantastic! Highly recommend! 10 stars! The room, the bed is beautiful, the sitting room makes you feel like royalty, the view, the hidden staircases, being able to have a fire in the fireplace, the hidden kitchenette (which held some wonderful little snacks), the history, EVERYTHING! Making family back home jealous….priceless! Thank you to the staff and owners for sharing such a magnificent part of history! We will be forever grateful that we were able to experience Neidpath Castle.

The check in experience was seamless with extremely professional staff. The hotel room was a great size with an extremely comfortable bed and a large functional bathroom with a bath. The breakfast was excellent with a continent buffet and personal service for cooked options. Staff were very friendly and professional. We had drinks in the elegant bar that was very cosy on a cold, wet evening. The staff made it a personal experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to town (we ate in town for dinner). Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful, well appointed property.

Everything was so close to the accommodation. Very handy for us. The property was spotless and had everything and more that you would need during your stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The hosts could not have been better. Would recommend to anyone visiting Peebles.

Very peaceful. Lovely lady Jan met us and checked if we needed anything during our stay. Parking right next to accommodation. Well decorated and fresh immaculate airy cottage. 5 minute drive to Peebles. The cottage had everything needed to cook a meal. Fridge, washing machine with outside drying area and pegs, coffee machine, cooker, dishwasher. Comfy beds. TV and Wi-Fi. Have been twice before and will return again.

The accommodation is absolutely fabulous. It is in a great location, is beautifully decorated, very spacious and has excellent facilities. Everything is provided for guests to enjoy a great holiday. There were lots of little additional unexpected touches. Also a fantastic view. Dilkusha is very highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious holiday in Peebles 😁

Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Hosts helped to find accomodation for us when we had to extend our stay and they were booked up.

Absolutely wonderful stay, the library exceeded our expectations. We stayed for New Year and the library was provided with logs for the fire and a Christmas Tree. Lovely comfortable accommodation that we were sad to leave. We managed to visit Edinburgh for the day, which was an hours drive away so had the perfect mix of a rural and city trip
