We loved that we had a complete, unobstructed sea view and that the hotel was quiet / right on the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern and clean, and we even had AirCon in our room (which I was worried about b/c I was pregnant when we stayed there and comfort was really important to us). We also loved the breakfast buffet. They had great options and an outdoor terrace, with made-to-order omelets. We would absolutely recommend that anyone stay here. We loved the spa / sauna. The indoor pool was really lovely on the days that it was too chilly to be by the water. The rocky beach access felt safe and clean. And there were multiple other outdoor pools to choose from.

Our stay in the Dubrovnik palace Hotel was outstanding - the hotel is located in a quiet location with stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. The room was very spacious and modern, and all the staff were very nice and polite - the restaurant team, the spa team, receptionists team and the assistant in the gift shop. We travelled during November and stayed for a week, when the weather was sunny and around 20C, and it was the perfect time - the indoor jacuzzi spa and the outdoor heated jacuzzi spa were always available to use, no crowds, and it was great to relax with views to the sunset. There were several groups of tourists staying for the night or business conferences. Hotel is Beach Lapad area, but is very easy to reach Dubrovnik old town in 10’ by public bus or taxi. Also, if you want to do day trips to Bosnia or Montenegro, organised tour agencies can pick you up in the hotel entrance. 100% recommended

These were the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Everything is new, elegant and tastefully decorated, with very good kitchen equipment, everything is very clean and well maintained. Our stay was perfect for a beach holiday, the views were lovely and the sea was easily accessible and only a few steps away. The owners were very hospitable and friendly during our stay, offering us food and always very chatty. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with outdoor seating perfect for sitting outside in the evening. Also have really cute pet tortoises. Room was perfect size for two with bed being spacious and extremely comfortable. AC is also really good

Room was very modern and clean. Bathroom was very spacious with a massive shower and lots of storage. Accommodation was in a perfect location, right in the centre of old town. Hosts were so lovely, Igor met us at the accommodation and helped to carry our bags up the stairs. Also came when we checked out to carry our bags down the stairs. We were incredibly grateful for this and haven’t experienced this level of service from any other accommodations we have stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Studio. We chose this property because we drove and this had free undercover parking. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the laundry machine and patio to hang clothes. The host also provided laundry soap, toiletries and basics for cooking. The accomodation is in a good location and I believe it took us about 40ish minutes to walk to the old town but there are also buses right outside that will take you there quickly. Overall, we would recommend!

Martin and his family were absolutely wonderful!!! This is by far the BEST place we have stayed so far in our two-week holiday in Croatia. I wish we could have stayed here longer, but we will definitely be back if we visit Dubrovnik again! Martin went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and answer all of our questions. He gave us tips for public transportation and directions to various spots around town. The pool at the accommodation was also a fantastic bonus! Such a lovely spot.

Our stay here at the guest house was incredible. Ruza is a host who truly cares about the well-being of everyone. Our flight arrived around 12:10 am, and we had to take an Uber from the airport to get here. She waited for us, and when we arrived, she offered us a delicious local juice. The accommodations are very cozy and everything is very clean. My husband and I loved staying here. Ruza also gave us several tips on beaches, restaurants, and places to visit in Dubrovnik. We will definitely return to Guest House Ruza!

The location was brilliant and the apartment spotlessly clean but what really made my holiday was the owners who were the best hosts ever! I have travelled all over the world and stayed in a range of accommodations from 5 star hotels and beyond - none of the attention to detail from anywhere else I have stayed beats the customer experience at Villa Leoni!! absolutely awesome. Then of course waking up to that view every morning was the dream.
