I can't praise this hotel and its entire team enough. This is the best location every, directly by the sea. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. All employees are wonderful and helpful. Bonus points for the adorable cat that lives on the property!

the apartment was new and well equipped, with even a swimming pool! all the fixtures are good quality branded stuff. impressive ! I would rate the facility at 5 star standard it’s well located, and the ocean was just across the road breakfast was included and the food offered was amazing in terms of quality and variety. there are even some local snacks that I didn’t get to taste elsewhere. the staff is extremely helpful and detailed in the explanation. she really went out of her way to explain things for us. parking is super easy right at the back of hotel

The location was perfect. The beach was only 3 minutes away and near the bus station and a small grocery store. It was easy to travel to Spilt ot Omis from the apartment. The staffs were very nice and attentive. The studio we stayed in was clean and neat and comfortable.

Coming back after two years truly felt like coming home. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and disconnect, and the atmosphere was just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. What makes this place so special are the lovely people – from the youngest to the oldest, everyone radiates kindness and warmth. It’s not just a stay, it’s a feeling of belonging. I left with a full heart – relaxed, recharged… and a little sad to leave such a special place behind.

When you arrive you are welcomed by the owner in the sweetest way! She accommodated us and made sure every little aspect made us feel at home. Always at our disposition. The view is incredible and the sound of the waves at night make you sleep deeply like a bay 😍 we had coffee at the bar in the morning ,and the owner prepared the sun beds right infront! The beach and water is so clean and amazing. Also what ever we needed in the room they provided and made us feel like at home. Totally recommend this place and the peace it provides. We look forward to come again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nicole and Dio are very friendly hosts with helpful advice and easy contactable if needed. We were pleased to receive some fresh fruits from their garden and delicious homemade wine. Accommodation was very clean and has everything what we needed. Nice garden with turtles living there. The neighbourhood is quiet and gives the local feeling. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We visited nearby towns and the place was just perfect spot to stay. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was fantastic during our stay at this apartment. The owner was excellent and the accommodation was impeccably clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house that has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The owners are so nice and helpful in every way. We even extended the stay with some extra nights,did not want to leave.

We were a friend group that had a great time at this apartment, and the hosts were really great. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed.The accommodation did not have a grill before we arrived, and this was something we wanted to have for our stay, so after asking the hosts for this they purchased a grill that was ready for us when we arrived, that we cooked great dinners with in the lovely sunset.

It is a wonderful house, we really enjoyed our stay: beach very close, house equipped with everything necessary, the backyard with jacuzzi was a good extra for the holiday. I would love to have a similar house on all the vacations we go on, also the owners were very friendly.
