The staff were all amazing. Friendly, warm, and welcoming - they made us feel comfy right away. They were all great but a special shout-out to Putra at the hotel restaurant who went out of his way to have the kitchen prepare a herbal remedy for us to cure a headache. Thanks Putra! The hotel's food was also amazing - a great breakfast buffet that changed everyday with a focus on local flavours. Dinner was also great with some authentic Indonesian dishes. Also the location - if you're looking for quiet, this is a good bet. The beach isn't very busy (and the hotel makes an effort to clean it every morning from the tidewash and seaweed), though there are no lifeguards. There's a stripmall within 2 mins walking distance, prob 20% occupied at best but with a couple of great warungs if you want a bite to eat outside, or grab a few items from the convenience mart.

I loved it. the Beach was paradise, water clear. Pool was very funny always with music and a lot of Energy. Absolutely loved our apartment, couldn’t be More clean, luxurious, comfortable and perfect. The staff was very very Nice and they even came with us to explore the town. Plenty of things to do, including snorkling you just need to ask in the reception.

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Everything was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay feel special. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5, the treasure bay and activities were great for the kids and the food was awesome too. We definately recommend Natra Bintan and would love to return. From the moment we checked in for our ferry in Singapore, we knew we had made the right choice with Sanchaya. Our stay at the Sanchaya Resort exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our special 20th wedding anniversary trip. The best part was that all the staff was great. I was able to do everything I wanted to do. Thank you so much！

The staff was superb, special shout out to Mia. I had some issues when booking the accommodation, but Anmon Team helped to resolve it and put me at ease! The stay, ambience of the entertainment space, cleanliness and comfort, food (they have plenty vegetarian option too!) and facility is great. Will defo go back.

Loved the cleanliness and the design of the apartment we stayed in. Kitchen appliances and dish ware were complete. Though I would strongly suggest for vacationers to pack their own stuff if staying for more than a night.

The staff were really friendly and the hospitality was top notch. The hotel was a short ride from the ferry and there is a bus waiting to pick you up. While the accommodations are very basic, it matches the price tag, and the grounds/beach are very nice. I had an incredibly relaxing stay at Nirwana.

Very nice experience... the staff were welcoming and friendly, and our accommodations was beyond my expectation. The restaurant had a wide selection of food, both Asian and European styles and i loved the service they offered, such as the free transportation (by car and boat) to the Kelong mangrove restaurant and the Spa.

Absolutely beautifully located on a hill overlooking the sea and the marvellous beach. A gem for all those who wish to enjoy beach holidays with perfect service and a rich, tasty breakfast but also the adventurous touch of staying in your own bungalow surrounded by pure nature. We could spot monkeys, lemurs, gecko and many others.
