The ladies were very sweet. Maria gave me some recommendations for good massages. Mina happily carried my luggage up and down the stairs. Bibi Rohan drove me on a motorbike to the town and made me some coffee before I left. The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure was strong and the aircon worked very well. The bed was comfortable and the sheets had that clean laundry smell. They also provided 2 bottles of water and there was a water refill station, which I really appreciated because tap water in Indonesia is not drinkable.

The best, most quality, most relaxing time in Lombok. The hotel staff is very helpful, in contact with each other, there were never any misunderstandings when communicating, everything went smoothly. The villas are luxurious, spacious, wonderfully comfortable and large bed, perfectly working air conditioning, the bathroom / shower area is very spacious, equipped with the most necessary amenities, kimono and other stuff. Private pool - 10/10 - large, clean, extremely pleasant for swimming. The hotel area is well-maintained, palm trees everywhere, a space where you can lie in a hammock and listen to the sound of the sea. The beach by the sea is extremely beautifully arranged, the sun loungers are comfortable, there is an opportunity to order food or drinks right by the sea, you don't have to go anywhere. The hotel restaurant - 10/10 - the food is incredibly delicious, large portions, professional service, friendly, caring staff. We ate the most delicious snacks, drank the most delicious cocktails, and the breakfast won our hearts - a very wide selection (from eggs benedict to their own granola with yogurt and fruit). After our visit to Lombok, we traveled to Gili Trawangan - the hotel organized a private fast boat to the island, we didn't have to travel to the port ourselves, we left from the hotel beach. Everything was unreal, thank you, we recommend everyone to come and experience it.

Very comfortable appartment, well equipped and clean. The whole place is. skilfully managed by the owner Wolfgang, a delightfully cheerful presence and a great cook. Along with his nice staff, he has definitely made our stay homey. We also enjoyed the splendid beach nearby, a great spot to watch the sunset. Although far from noise, the place is only 10-min drive from the busy area of Senggigi.

The whole place is beautiful and so well thought out. The pick up from the airport was seamless and we even had snacks provided to us. The welcome when we got there was so lovely. The rooms are huge and really comfortable, the pool is great, beach is lovely and the restaurant so good. We stayed for a week and didn’t leave the place - we didn’t need to! And we’re not normally resort people, but this was just pure paradise. The best thing is the staff working there. They are all incredibly welcoming, helpful and so lovely. We will be returning!

soooooo amazing. I would say it's the best one on Lombok, I stayed in Lombok for 10 days with 5 hotels and I would say Qunci is the best. I really don't want to leave. Amazing atmosphere, good view, clean room, perfect restaurants, unforgettable SPA, friendly staff. Also the price is reasonable. Everything is perfect. I really wish I could stay longer. I think I'll come back for another vacation.

Set in a beautiful location, the accommodation was comfortable, clean, with tasteful decor. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was also very good quality. We were able to release turtles into the sea organise by the resort with the local conservation centre. It was a magical experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful, relaxing and private place. Beautiful nature around and the room we stayed in (due) was spacious and very clean, exactly what we wanted for this holiday. We love the private pool and outdoor bath and shower too. Hotel staffs are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, we really had a great time there. We wanted to stay around quieter area so senggigi was perfect for us. Quiet enough but still many restaurants and beaches around. Definitely recommend for someone who will go to Lombok.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs. A special thank you to Windri, Leny, Komank and all the others who were fantastic, though too many to remember by name. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.
