Nestled near the serene lake, the Lake View Room we stayed in was an absolute delight – spacious, tastefully decorated, and designed to offer uninterrupted views of the tranquil waters. The room featured a large window and balcony overlooking the lake, which made for the perfect spot to enjoy early morning tea or unwind in the evening. The interiors blended traditional charm with modern comfort – plush bedding, elegant curtains, ambient lighting, and a well-maintained ensuite bathroom with all essentials provided. What stood out most was the attention to detail and cleanliness. The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless and well-arranged each day. Service and hospitality were top-notch. The staff was courteous, quick to respond, and always went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. Whether it was arranging a boat ride or suggesting local spots to explore, they were knowledgeable and accommodating. We also loved the poolside area, which stays open till late – a rare and thoughtful offering. I recently stayed at Vivanta Thane LBS Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is luxurious, very new and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived I noticed the exceptional service and attention to detail from all the staff which made the experience truly memorable. A special mention must go to Yash the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect. His professionalism and warmth made my wife and I feel very welcome. I would also like to highlight Saurabh in Mynt restaurant who provided outstanding service every time we dined there. He took great care in making sure I was comfortable and his friendly approach added a personal touch that made a real difference. Overall my experience at Vivanta Thane was excellent. The combination of luxury surroundings and attentive staff makes this hotel stand out. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
