The location was great, easily accessible from the airport/train and bus. The facilities were clean, breakfast was fantastic - truly continental (we did not expected such delicious and various options). The staff was respectful and helpful with good tips for restaurants, Ivan was super friendly. :) We could leave our bags at the reception after the check-out and come back to pick them up in the afternoon which we truly appreciated because we were bags free in Venice for more city exploration.

Very strategic place to live in Venice , as it takes only 20 mins from the place to Venice and Train / Bus is just outside the building. It's 20 mins to Venice Marco Polo airport and 10 mins from Mestre Station. So you live in the centre to move to main attractions as well as in and out of Venicemoore conveniently. The room was really too much clean and refreshing good smell and fully new furnished everything. Bed was so comfortable to sleep.Location was very good. it was just 2 minutes walk from the Mestre bus station. Stuff was too much friendly , helpful and communicative.Even I don’t need to worry about anything.. He explained me everything fully clearly and it was very comfortable for me what I needed. Even I was late to arrived the place and owner was waiting for me quite a long time.I am highly recommend to stay this place. I will come back again. There is lot of restaurants, coffee shop, small super shops was near this place , so it was not problem for me at all. 🥰And thank you so much to owner for his nice and friendly hospitality and conversation 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great layout. The location was excellent — close to public transport to Venice and with free parking provided. Our host was kind and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. As a welcome gesture, she had prepared Prosecco, chocolates, and bottled water for us, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, and even though we had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast time, it was ready and waiting for us. A truly great experience — highly recommended!
